Shark Mouth Group Build

The "Sharkmouth" design on aircraft dates back to WWI, with a resurgence in WWII. The Sharkmouth was made famous by the AVG "Flying Tiger" P-40 Tomahawks used in China against Japan in the 1941-42. The idea was to provoke fear in the opposition, and it just so happened that the Japanese had a superstitious fear of sharks. Since it's inception, there's been countless variations of the design including sharkmouths, fangs, warthog tusks, and more. This group build embodies one of the most notable nose art designs of all time. The build runs from June 1, 2011 to Nov. 30, 2011. Hosts for this build are Mig Mikkel and blunce .
