I am not sure about the load. Do the SH fly with GBU-16 and GBU-24 as provided by MENG? What is the usual current load?

Overall I am more than satisfied with the level of details. With the addition of photoetched belts the model can be easily build OOB

Although judging by the pictures of the real Super Hornet it looks like the intake edges are fairly thick and MENG could be right. The only thing that is noticeable is that the edges are more rounded.

I hoped there was another part to be attached on the intakes with better sharper edges.. but. There is none..

What paint did you use?

There are some issues with the accuracy of the kit but it is not that bad. The main visual problem is behind the cockpit. The spine is to square and needs to be rounded. have a look at various drawings here. Have you tried to mate the Eduard and Aires nozzles to the Kinetic plastic? I was not been able to do that. No match...
