Hello, I have read and re-read reviews/build-ups of the kit and all said that the kit sucked. Now granted, aftermarket is a must(flaps, cockpit, wheel wells, landing gear, and decals). Is the kit really missing the window that goes in the belly?!? Sure I guess if that is true one could try and cut a whole and put a pice of clear plastic in it but wow, to not add the window is dumb on Revell's part. I do understand that this kit came out in the '70s and was state-of-the-art back then when it came to models. If you have this kit or have built it let me know and tell me what you thought about it

Hello, I am hoping that I'll be getting a 1/32 F4U-1A/D and some goodies to give the kit company. If I do end up with the kit I want to build it up in VMF-214 Pappy Boyington decals. Now I remember finding some last year but not picking them up(stupid stupid stupid!) I do not remember the maker or anything like that so if you know the maker and the website avalible post it please. Thanks Jake

Hello, I am real intrested in picking up the 1/72 Italeri C-130H or J so I can make a WC-130H or J. My question is, is it alot of exterior work to make it look like an accurate WC-130? I know that I will have to get some decals made but that is no big deal! Thanks! Jake

IT seems like what the AH-64's have been known to do in the past. They pic up guys that are in great need of rescue and fly off. HTH Jake

I currently use MM enamels. I like them but have been getting bad batches of paint......No matter how much thinner or how much I shake them up they are still to thick. I have not had a chance to try out the new Iwata yet as the fittings for my air pump and the thread it takes for iwata are different. Thursday night I am going to go up to the hobby shop and buy the new air pump. I am at the stage of my modeling that I paint the kit add a protective coat and am done. I do not add weathering. I am trying to get into that but just can't seem to find the right order to make it work. Right now I

Hope it all works out for you. I dare not attempt my longbow kit until I think my skills are good enough.... -

The sounds bad. The guard chinooks are not even that bad and most were made in the late 60's early 70's!!! Hope you get to fly sooner or later. I was always told that the guys who fly the AH-64's did not get alot of light time. Jake -

I know the Alpha's are old but are they that bad??? Jake -
Hello, I am starting to crack open the kits and look at them and how I want to build and construct them. I currently use MM paint but am kind of getting PO'd at the paint its self. The paints are starting to seem really think even when I first buy them. Do you guys use Tamiys paints are they any better? I understand I have to thin the paint and, all just trying to get a genral I dea of what you like to use for your jet kits..... Jake

I think both the first and the second are great looking. The first looks worn but the second one looks like a jet that has had alot of use at some REAL high speeds, if ya know what I mean. Jake

I will watch this build with a close eye! Jake
