Oh yeah, I've seen that one before. It looks really good!

The same a/c like I am working on - 52FW commander?
Yep, that's the one! Unless I can find some other interesting decals of an SP-bird.. B)
Good luck with yours, looking forward to some pics! :)

Hey guys,
Started on the first of my three or four Vipers for this group build. It's the Tamiya F-16CJ in 1/48 scale. I'll mark it as a jet from 52nd FW at Spangdahlem Air Base in Germany. So far I've nothing bad to say about the kit. Everything fits just great and it's a joy to put it together! Will build it OOTB, with kit decals.
Regards,
Niklas from Sweden
Cockpit painted, but not yet weathered.
First fan stage painted and ready for installation.

Thanks for the help guys, it'll do a lot to my kit!
Will post in progress pics, whenever I manage to get the kit started...

Looking good there!
I'm going for the same basics for my Vipers, though my B will be an MLU as well. What markings are you planning on doing? Mine will be Norwegian or Dutch.

Well, after just having finished a Hasegawa F-16 block 30 with tons of resin, I just feel like going easy on my first group build.
Two or three 1/72 Revell Vipers, aiming at one AM and one BM in Norwegian or Dutch markings. The third I don't really know yet, if I'll even finish it on time..
One 1/48 Tamiya F-16CJ will also hopefully turn up, having started on the sprues removing parts last weekend, without knowing about this GB.
Well, that's my five cents from Sweden.
Best Regards,
Niklas

Hey guys!
I'm a newbie here on the forum, but not all that new to modelling. :)
I've tried searching the forum on this topic, but with no luck. Has anyone got some decent pictures or scale plans on the DC-10F? Main panel lines, outlines of the cargo door, and so on? It would really help me getting that Airfix DC-10 started. TIA!
