Has the 2 seater ever been subbed in as a 1-6 number, i thought they would just leave the jet as a 7 if slotted in.

tomcatter 100 is the black tailed CAG Cat. http://farm1.static.flickr.com/95/212615662_7f59f40468_o.jpg I would go with AJ-103, this is a low-vis bird, it was also the Tomcat used during the final flight of the tomcat at NAS Oceana Sept. 06 (although she went tech on the day of the display) http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4066/434837..._7a9f79fb2e.jpg Not sure about decals but I sure know my tomcats Just waiting to get my own place then the modelling can commence Hows the snow in Greece? -

Sorry Zark but Vidar is correct For the TF-30 (Tomcat A) Whichever engine was shut down last the nozzle would close because of electrial power dropping off disengaging the pop open solenoid before AB fuel hyd pressure bleeds off. Same would happen occasionally with normal hydralic pressure if shutting down with the flaps down would make the aux flaps auto retract. I am also on a Tomcat forum (www.tomcat-sunset.org) and here is an extract of a thread, how to start the F-14: Right engine starts first after cranking left engine to pressurize the combined system for brake pressure.
