Gino, no. Those panels were made for a set "to come out very soon" wink wink. Maybe those earlier panels can work. I have a few sets of those, but never tried to see if they fit. Tim

A little bit of work on the floor armor tonight followed up by laying down some Africa dust where the crew chief's boots would have been while sitting. Tim

How did gluing the crew chief walks to the fuselage sides work out? Did you glue the smaller rear walls to the fuselage too? What size wiring did you use for: M/R? T/R? Landing gear brake lines? Sorry for all the questions. I'm really liking your review build. She is looking great!!! You should post this as an album over on my Kitty Hawk H-60 build page over on FB. https://www.facebook.com/groups/315858436007414/ It would really help alot. Tim Tim

AH-6C, MH-6 photos from AH6C-SIP-PICS ARE BACK!

Huh, they are always coming up with new lumps and bumps! Tim -
They oughta paint the adversary aircraft like that. I love the camo over the blue look! Tim

I spray Vallejo air straight with a drop of flow improver around 20ish psi and it works fine for me. Make sure the paint bottle is shaken WELL and is not cold. Tim
-
Trust me, you'll like it. We did alot of work on it. Tim

A certain aftermarket helicopter company has an update set coming out soon for the interior of hawks, just sayin. Stay tuned!!! Tim

Not much. The fuel tank will be there. I'm gonna have survival kits attached to the sides up high and water jugs below them on both sides. Just like this Tim

Yeah, but not near as good as yours, Oliver! Tim

Nice job so far Gino. What color did you use for the clear tubing? It looks real! Also, what color did you use for the soundproofing? Tim
-
Good review so far. Also note that the pilot's seat supports are shown reversed on the sheet. Tim

I'm not bored. I'm not even on lockdown. I make bars of soap, so yeah, my job is essential to say the least. And business is booming! (I wonder why???) I get to model late Sunday nights and that's all. Tim

No, it's a standard 144. It's kind of a fuzzy pic the crew chief took of her. Tim

Forget hoarding toilet paper, Oliver likes to hoard Evergreen sheet styrene. That's why we can't get any!!! 😂 Tim

How bout some MH/HH-60 cockpit decals?????? Please!!!!!!! Tim

1/72 is too small for me. Give me a big 1/35 helicopter anyday!!! Tim

Ok, I'm building the KH MH-60L and it took me 6 hours to finish up applying the PE seatbelts for the 1 pilot seat (Still got 1 to do). My question sounds newbieish, but what's your guys order for gluing on and painting PE? Especially seat belts! If PE is glued on before the seat is painted, what's the best way to paint the PE? If after, then what's the best way to glue them on and not marring the paint? I painted them after the seat was painted, and tried to glue them on. The belts sometimes wouldn't stick (using Flexy 5k pe glue). I finally got it, 6 hours later. Can someone

How about a color swatch of those for us to compare to? Tim

Very impressive Gino! Can't wait to see you start on the HH. I'm not in lockdown. My job making soap is considered essential! Tim

Yes, decals are from Airscale. Tim

A little bit more work on the cockpit. I gave the instrument panel and center console a good dusting of North Africa dust to make it look like a dusty helo flying in Somalia. Tim
-
Next came building up the cockpit. Watch out for the tail rotor pedals mounting peg. It's smaller than the hole in the floor. You'll have to use Super glue to get it to hold. I painted the floor armor a shade of NATO green and dry brushed it using white pastel chalk. The cockpit floor was given a wash using AK black camouflage to give it that worn look followed by ammo of mig Africa dust for that Somalia look. I also scratchbuilt the crew chief's floor ICS hot mike switches using styrene blocks sanded to shape and stretched sprue for the button. That's all for now

Started on the Robbie tank that will go inside Super 63 and added some extra detail using micromark rivet decals. You won't see it, but I know it's there. I painted the tank Panzer Dark Rubber and the fittings were first painted aluminum with guards red and cobalt blue over that and now I'm ready for the straps to be put on. Tim
