Hi all I know Tim wont mind me doing this, but as Izzy seems to have developed a following, her latest effort is a 1/72 Airfix Tomcat and can be found in the Enterprise Group Build, while Tim has gone slightly mad and is building a full cockpit in a 1/144 scale Vigilante! Antony

Time for another update, i've been quite lazy about updating lately, so got a few to put on, but got to take some pictures first. This update is for a Classic Airframes Canberra T.17 in 1/48 scale. It was built for the Canberra GB on Britmodeller but i thought i'd share here too. Please feel free to comment!

Hi Glen I built this kit recently in the same scheme. I also struggled to find pictures of the actual jet so ended up painting the stripes by hand using just the instructions as a guide. It wasn't as difficult as i thought it was going to be, just work on one area of the plane at a time or confusion may set in. Pictures are in my thread called "my 2009 builds".

Hi all I'm currently building a 1/48 NRF-4C in Edwards orange and white. I'm looking for help in finding the correct colour orange (or a close enough match). I've looked on the ultimate paint conversion chart website and it says the only one available is made by Testors. Does anyone know of any others that are close enough as Testors is quite difficult to get hold of here. Thanks for your help

Thanks for the kind words, i have them in 1/144 scale too, may do that one soon. I didnt know they did them in 1/48 until i won them in the Phantom group build last year. I think they look awesome on the TSR.2 though. The only thing it really needs to finish it off is an insane amount of stencilling but i dont have any spare, so luckily for my eyes its not going on!!
