  1. Super nice looking! I'll be buying a few. Keep up the Good work Raymond! I'm even more inclined to buy your products because you are willing to interact with us crazy modelers online. I've built your A-6E, Mirage 2000, and F-16 (which I actually like better than the Tamiya kit) and always have enjoyed them. Now, when you get bored, maybe we can get a new Super Hornet.
  2. I used the wolfpack set on my F-15D aggressor and it was a nice help, especially for the rear cockpit panel and all the antennas you find on modern Eagles.
  3. Question about your build: what color did you use for the main body grey, and what color did you paint the gear wells?
  4. I haven't tried the Wolfpack set yet (I'm bummed to hear they're not as good cause as a general rule I like their stuff) but I can speak to the Aires and Eduard sets and will definitely go with the Aires over Eduard. Not only are they cheaper, but the detail is better.
  5. I actually enjoyed building the Academy Mig-29. I bought mine before the GW kit came out, and i bought a good number of aftermarket items for mine. If you keep the Academy there are 3 addons I highly recommend: Quickboost nose cone(a must), Eduard exhaust(or Aires, just not the kit ones), and SAC landing gear(then again I put SAC landing gear on all my birds). If you want to dress up the cockpit I recommend the Wolfpack resin cockpit. Its super nice and the fit is awesome. I saving up for a GW kit, specifically the Mig-29SMT, but I'd do another Academy kit.
  6. I have had a copy of this on pre-order from Amazon since January. Suppose to arrive in the next 2 weeks, even though it came out almost a month ago. Still looking forward to it as i got 2 of the 1/48 Trumpeter kits on my stash and i wanted this book before i dived in. I own the authors book on the SU-7/Su-17 which is super nice, and I got the Tu-22/Tu-22M book on order. If you like Russian aircraft get one of these books while you can as once they go out of production they are hard to find and get real expensive quick! Now if they'd just do one on the SU-25.
  7. This will be first GB. I'm kind of excited :woot.gif:/>. I'll be doing a Tamiya F-117A. It's going to be out of the box except SAC landing gear, Quickboost seat, and Montex masks.
  8. Dang it! Now I got to go buy more F-14 kits! Super excited about this one. Mavericks tomcat next to my "Mig-28" built using fightertowns' decals will look nice!
  9. Hello All, I am looking for some guidance on which version of the AIM-7 Sparrow was carried by Marine F-4S in the mid to late 80s. Not sure if they carried the AIM-7E or -7M. Thanks for the help!
  10. Just take my money now...
  11. AWESOMENESS!! I will have to put my A-7D off until this comesout.
