  1. Hello, I'm switching from enamels to Mission Models water based paints and would like to know the best ways to weather my models. Thank you very much for your help, Al Keller

  5. Hello again! I'm running out of space for my 1/32nd scale models and have to start looking at some of my favorite airplanes in 1/48th scale - 1/72nd is too small for my eyes!!! There are several kits of the F-84F available but in searching the forums, it looks like they all have issues. I was hoping that some of the experts here could help me pick the "best" kit and guide me on the things that are needed to make the kit a really good likeness of the real thing. Thank you in advance for your help. Al Keller
  6. Hello! I'm glad to have found this thread. I want to scratch a 1/32nd F-84F and was going to scale up the Monogram kit and use enlarged Caruna (spelling?) plans as guidelines. So, can you guys point me to an accurate set of drawings that could be used for this project. Any guidance would be GREATLY appreciated. Al Keller aw-keller@earthlink.net
  7. Where did you find the earlier posting? I searched and kept coming back to this post. Thank you, Al
  8. Thank you! That's perfect. Al
  9. Hello, Just found this thread - great job everyone. I am going to build the -2 & -3 in 1/32nd scale using the Hasagawa kit. The problem I'm having is finding a set of drawings for each that look right. The Ginter drawings look to be the same for both dash numbers. Other drawings are suspect as well. I found a local guy who can enlarge anything from 1/72 or larger without distorting the drawing. What do you think would be the best drawings to start from? Thank you all, Al
