  1. - You're right CorsairMan, the price is too high, in Italy is 36 € ($ 50,) Eduard kit is better as price and you can earn a nice piece. - Hi Milo, I used the wires of a twisted cord Here is a very bad night, torrential rain and thunderstorms and I am going to work to 100km from home, I hope that the highway is not flooded ( GULP !!) at nest Ettore
  2. A great job José, but just a tip: the engine exhaust are reddish brown, almost rust, with the end in black. The patches of camouflage are more round, if you search online there are many profiles of this aircraft in German version. I'm sorry to say it now, but it is the first time I see it, however I still say it is a very good job. Ettore
  3. Hi people Finally some respite from my work. I proceeded to do the cockpit (interior green Gunze, lightened with someshades yellow) No problem to mount inside the fuselage, the problems have been at closing of fuselage.and the inclusion of the engine. The rear of this must be glued with cyano glue, instead the fuselage instead a normal plastic glue; if you decide to do the same kit, be very careful during this assembly phase . and now, I fill the first cracks of fuselage Byeeeeee Ettore
  4. Hello all !! I started the built of F6F-5N Cyber Hobby 1/72 This time I first started with engine and not the cockpit. A first dry installation gave me inspiration to add some few details, then I passed the final color of the engine Now I have some questions for you: can you tell me what color were the engine oil tank, the engine water injection tank and oxygen bottle? Or do you know a valid link where I can read the reference colors? Thanks for everything Ettore
  5. Me also "The Mikester" and thanks to all I hope to participate more in this forum, provided the work does not prevent me Ettore
  6. Hello everyone I recently participated in an online group builds on an Italian site modeling, the topic was the war on the Eastern Front during IIWW I decided to do something strange and not well known............A Boston-20G S torpedo Russian version The kit MPM 1 / 72 is very nice but difficult to fit in some parts, believe me it was hard !! Here is the result : Now I begin the construction of the beautiful F6F-5 Hellcat 1/72 Cyber Hobby I hope this time to show the construction step by step Ettore
  7. Another little masterpiece of the great Girolamo Soon I'll try with a modern (Suez conflict) Bravissimo Giro !! Ettore
  8. For me the best is the original Humbrol HD1 Airframe Grey-green, I'm lucky to have 4 jars of at least 35 years ago my father. New Humbrol is 78, but it is better to add gray to achieve the exact shade. Ettore
  9. Hi to all All people know the S.79 "Gobbo Maledetto" as a torpedo bomber, but it was utilized also as pure bomber ,famous are raids over Malta and allies naval convoy in Mediterranean sea during IIWW. In my hometown, Palermo, two squadrons were based: 57^SQ and 58^SQ. I built a plane of 58^Sq starting from the kit in the Italeri 1/72. And this is the result : Take a nice day !! Ettore
