Consider this. Look at the magnitude of the damage caused when these superheroes intervene. Imagine the damage if they did not? So on that note, no one pays them to defend the Earth, they just do it so the cost of repairing the city is relatively low if you think about it, compared to an alien invasion? Or insurance premiums are ridiculous.

The canopy is completely different. The A has a birdcage and the D has a bubble top.
