    Almost all are in color. If they weren't, I wouldn't have made the claim.

    From the Osprey book I mentioned, the buzz numbers and tail numbers are black and they match the USAF.

    I have the Osprey book "F-84 Units Over Korea". Of the 6 to 10 pics of the top or bottom wings, the USAF is for sure black. Some may be heavily weathered but it looks black to me.

    No equivalent. AS16 is as close as they get. Might be too light.

    Simple answer for me is whenever I have a spraying problem. I always clean the needle, the tip and cup after each color or session.

    IMHO, there are way too many "kinks" to work out with the Trumpeter F-100 series to make it worth your effort. Accuracy is still ruled by Revellogram.

    For the price, Kindle can't be beat. Resolution on the Fire Kindle is great. And they're in color.

    I also thought the Hasagawa kit was great and a fun build. Those are big shoes to fill!

    I noticed that paint also. They keep them much cleaner than when I was working on Phantoms.
