i like your idea im doing the same thing but if your doing the light blue jet paint the lighe blue using ford engine light blue testors 2726 overall color is gloss gull gray ps it looks like your dashbords and interior is green is this right??

i think u should buld as many tomcats as u can are your tomcats revell? this might make u happy i have a plain to have a real museum dedacated to the tomcat i don't know how long it will take but i will work my butt of to make it happen and it will be at the california aero space museum in sactramento california

ok im in i have a lot to build and i will see how much i can get done i have actully 2 1/32 revell f-14a cats 1 is for a vetreans hall and will be built weels up VF-1 wolfpack the other is mine and i hope will be in top gun movie markings i hope fighter town decals makes the markings in this size in 1/48 i have a lot i will and try and get done by the all will be revell or monogram i have a lot of markings but bear with me i have not done a F-14 scince i was 11 when top gun came out and that was in 1986 so i will try and post pictuers and to fightertown u are the man when it comes to tom

dose any body know who makes in 1/48 scale the tf-30 engine faces for the f-14a tomcat that look right ? and if u know let me know what kit they are in the engine faces from the italeri kit look ok but whant to know who out of all of the people who make a tomcat kit in 1/48 that is a f-14a witch one got the trubine faces right any ideas?? :lol:

hi im back my computer died on wensday night but i saved every thing so my qustion for every body is witch f-14 in 1/48 has the correct looking ventral fin ?

this idea is to see if you are younger and don't have a lot of money and think a hasagwa is intimid dateing what would be a go option revell italieri or acadamy i whant to here ideas other than hasagwa this is for the tomcat group build coming up to give the younger less experinced modelers some idea on what they can build that would look good

josh your right i hope they are spending there time fixing mastakes that it might have showed up. mabye they are fixing the panel line promlem and the nose i hope they include the gps dome part cuz i am hoping and prying that this will be a nice kit cuz i have so many decals for the f-14 b and d

to every body who is talking about this kit i would like to say that paul thank u so much for building your kits of the f-14 in 1-48 it has been a great help :wacko: to darren what u have done with the revell f-14's bolws my mind and keep making your resin parts but to every body else about this f-14b i say what for it to come out then u can have all of the remarks u whant to make about it because i think the reson they are pushing the relese date to febuary or january is maby the whant to fix any problems it might have who knows maby it might have a fixed nose and the painel lines we w
