  1. I don't doubt that, We should look at not buying enough F-22s to begin with more often.
  2. To quote a great Canadian "Stand up straight with your shoulders back"

Stephanie Carvin illustrates Canada’s larger procurement dilemma: Canada is constrained by the requirement that its military be interope

  5. When Tanks aren't even a measure of survivability on a modern battlefield anymore but that oks because you're a "flying tank" I'll paraphrase Alvis on this meme as well "A person not even able to explain the advantages of the F-35 before being slapped and shouted down the the A-10 is the 'best' with no evidence or context? Seem's like a good summary of the internet" The old and outdated comic style add to the very "up to date" nature of the whole thing as well. too bad they didn't make it black and white. Don't get me wrong I like it. Once th
  6. Well its an art. it took years to get here, but we made it Thanks I'm here all week folks Thats a redacto ad absurdum. So, I can crash into you? I think it´s my personal freedom to have vodka and a car, use it to drink and drive and crash into other people? Why should I be limited in my freedom to drink and crash into you? Or do I get something wrong?? hahaha. Don't worry guns are going away here soon enough I'm sure. The police are being defunded too though, so this will make anti gun enforcement "i
  7. Denmark first F-35 Looking Fresh (despite last weeks tempest in a teacup thanks to CSAF)
  8. Thanks brother! I had it back in February. kids did too. Just figured it was the flu. Later described my symptoms to a navy doc (this was in november 2020) and he laughed and said i described it to a tee. Kids got it, but it was only fevers (weird fevers, high and then done, then back with a vengeance...hmm) took them to the pediatrician who said "yup flu go home" (remember this was February) . SWMBO no symptoms, fine. her whole work had it (works at a hospital) . The entire state was coughing before the first case was ever officially "discovered" and then began the lockdown games
  9. freedom within acceptable state limits, absolutely. and those limits should be strictly enforced. hopefully with gulags and at gun point. The faster people realize they're wards of the state, who should be forcibly injected with chemicals, the better. My grandad fought in world war II, and he was always telling me that he fought so we could be just slightly more free than the 3rd Reich (within limits of course, if that state acquiesced) he basically wanted a regime as strict as the nazis, but with taxes lowered slightly. Its funny how the fiercest fights are always between those who have so mu
  10. the problem isn't the high school guy, its experts that get it wrong. Quoting all these docs, nurses, microbiologists and immunologists and epidemiologists from February to April of 2020 would be branded "misinformation" now. Fauci said no mask, then mask, now its 2 masks. "ever changing, never wrong" There's a whole eco-system of people who sue doctors, hospitals, and medical experts. and they often win. Youd be surprised how often experts oopsie and how often experts disagree. Ive talked to a lot of doctors and they all have a lot of different opinions. I also know
  11. For the record I think we owe our "conspiracy theorists" an apology. nearly everything about the last year would have been completely dismissed previously, but now its the "new normal." I can't wait to see what perfectly "normal" thing happens next.
  12. My sister is preggers and they told her in no uncertain terms "Do not get the vaccine" but Covid also causes miscarraige s its been nerve racking she works in an oncology clinic and has managed to avoid the madness. Hoping to see my new nephew in a month and a half
  13. Freedom is the worst, glad we are doing away with it.
  14. I got people on the inside, yo. including medical malpractice lawyers. They made sure you couldn't sue if this thing goes tits up 😉 Actually I do know what I'm talking about on this one. Hospital management is apparently so complicated our local politicians can't even figure it out. results have been pretty devastating and will be going into the future, not so much because of covid. I've had the joy of being involved, plus we have the federal response to the tribes here and some of the NG who are "deployed" here and I are close. The big issue was the narrow m
  15. to be fair do you expect the hospital to call up the news to tell them their morgue is overflowing every flu season? Hospitals don't exactly brag about bad things. This is the limitation of our anecdotal knowledge. think about how many millions of things take place daily and go completely unheard by the all seeing, all knowing individual, in this case yourself. One could positively conclude that if you have not "heard it". Then surely it does not exist. I had never heard of Canada for years of my early life as well. but it was there ... just existing without my knowledge, which takes some real
  16. it works both ways. One of the most hilarious recent examples was this whizkid Roper, (who has come up with the "Digital century series" it won't work but we could get some sweet models out of it) He threatened the Lockheed Martin F-35 to shape up by "creating competition" via threats of buying Lockheed Martin F-16Vs instead. Lockheed cheerfully responded they would help any way they could LOL I guess they didn't realize how "threatening" this all was. Oh no! Don't buy even more of our products! You can't make this stuff up. Roper was no fan of the F-35. He had a new
  17. kinda looks like we are starting to get sucked into that again... I know we never really full replaced the F-16 or F-15 with the F-35, and F-22... but hear me out, I've got something that will replace the F-15 and F-16... and this time its gonna work! it needs to be remembered that the F-35 would not be killed off if production ended, the F-35 "follow on" would continue to replace the teen series and the other last gen jets before tackling any of the newer F-22 or F-35 jets. one also finds themselves with the same problem we started with "how will we replac
  18. In a press gaggle transcript released by the Department of Defense, Miller responds to a question about the F-35 program, but not before throwing some serious shade at his job: Sounds like a real bright, articulate guy, sad to lose our last pentagon whizkid like this. Can't believe they didn't keep him. as for the think tank F-35A cap for the USAF even if it was implemented it wouldn't take place until 2031-2033 in keeping with 48-60 airframes per year. Not really worried about that at all. beyond not being able to predict the future, the Super horne
  19. https://lockheedmartinf35.smugmug.com/browse posted this in the Research Corner section as well, but this thread gets more eyes. Superb, large, F-35 reference by nation, then service and further subdivided. Insane amount of pictures
  20. absolute knockout of a research resource, goes by nation, then service and has further subdivisions from there. Big, detailed Pics https://lockheedmartinf35.smugmug.com/browse
  21. Yup. I'm still amazed at the people who can do one line of tape, airbrush with seemingly no regard for overspray, background, or "point of aim, point of impact" but I'm not one of them. I "over mask" everything. and I'm a pretty good masker, but I've never had a "perfect" large scale paint job. I always expect to have to do some clean/touch up. Well its tradition!
  22. I see you're a man of culture as well...
