  1. Mk-82 iron bombs and various cluster bombs for conventional weapons or a B61 for a nuke load. It's an ALQ-131 ECM pod. Jake
  2. SU killer, to be nitpicky, but it's nice to see these markings. I never had a chance to pick up the old Detail and Scale markings for this jet. Jake
  3. Looks great, you should post larger pictures. Jake
  4. Mark, Those are timely F-16 subjects with the tenth anniversary of 9/11 approaching and the events that are happening in Libya. Jake
  5. We're putting the banned back together, want to join?

  6. Cool, I had never seen that before. Jake
  7. Frankly I would be more worried about the submarine threat to the carriers. Jake
  8. For standard Army Blackhawks, the Italeri kit is the only one I'm aware of that has the Hover IR Suppression System included, which makes it the best starting point. Jake
  9. Digging up an old thread, what color is lettering on these helos? Black? Jake
  10. Mark, Good to see coverage of one of the "Have Nap" configured B-52Gs. Jake

    B-17 interior question

Tony, Thanks for the lead, but the link appears to be broken. Jake
  12. Thanks for the answer, but I'm looking at the pics posted in another thread here Click if you dare and the back pads and seat cushions are yellow; I notice the new Eduard pre-painted detail set for the Revell B-17G has the same thing. Are they flatation cushions or something? Additionally, Dana Bell mentioned that the B-26 at the NASM "Flak Bait" had the same thing, so it doesn't appear to be just a B-17 thing. Jake
  13. I posted this question in the B-17 group build thread, but received no response. What color were the seat cushions and back pads for the pilot and copilot in the B-17G? I've seen some references and pictures of yellow cushions in USAAF bombers; are they floatation devices too? Jake
  14. What would be the color for seat cushions and backpads for the pilot and copilot? I've seen some suggestions they may be yellow. Also, what about lap belts, were they olive drab? Jake
