  1. I was going to suggest the same thing forget 48th wayyy to big just re-tool and correct the inaccuracies of the 72nd kit much more appeal

Cheers for the responses guys, progress has been non existant over the last 2 weeks as I got made redundant then found a new job and had to go away for two weeks on management training but hopefully plan to fire it up again soon. It will be finished off in solid satin black with yellow decals (when i get back on it!!)

  4. Another small update today, as the black paint is still curing i've been adding some wiring to the u/c legs, i'll have them painted tomorrow and do some small final assemblt to the fuselage so hopefully will be finished before the week's out: Cheers for looking Dom

  6. So finally which has been on the bench since forever!!!! i think i've done as much as i can. I added some promodellers wash to my bird which i wasnt very happy with it went on fine but didnt really stay in the panel lines but it really dirtied her up which i like and think it's come out quite well. anywho here it is i hope you like: All tanked up so thats my whiff, Thanks for looking Dom
  7. Jumping in with my build, being built with an eduard pe set and oob and to be finished off as this kitten! Progress so far: sorry about the pictures i had to take them off my mobile phone! i dont know about you but i think the jag looks sexy in all over black!! comments and critisism's appreciated and i'll give you some more tomorrow!!   8. just a small update nothing worth taking photo's of, got all the decals put on now i'll give it until tomorrow and i'll seal them in then everythings done, i've got all this week off so hopefully be finished by the end of the week!

  12. This was the first outing with my new (old) slr. Most of the shots are on the ground as I wasnt able to get the best out of my 100-300mm lens, plus it was filthy with dust that for some reason only showed up at the 300 stop. All in all it was a tremendous day. Any hints & tips would be greatly appreciated Before the flying we had 20 mins solid of this stuff: She'll be back, a poorly sally b: 19 sqn anniversary hawk a beautiful p-40 8 spitfires and a seafire Mr biggles and his ride
  13. quite a spectacle i remember seeing a night time dump & burn on australia day '07, a sight and sound i'll never forget!!
  14. the picture of the reds and spitfires are from 2007, all the others are from the riat 08 practise days on the thursday and friday
  15. this is the the xtradecal sheet which were originally for the rasberry ripple tornado but i just plonked them on hope you like! not far left now!!! thanks for looking Dom
