I started a "in progress build" for this that did not get very far. But I did get the kit finished. Build link I used the Eduard cockpit, resin seats, the rest was out of the box. i thought I may have problems with the Hasegawa decals being to thick but I use a different setting solution which worked well...Mr Mark Softer. The intention is to build this aircraft in 1/32. I am currently working on a 1/32 FGR1 convertion at the moment ( see build on LSP site), So the Sharkmouth will be after that...maybe.

Hi Guys, Can anyone send me a scan of the decal sheet for the following 1/72 Revell Phantom kit please. 04313 RF-4E Tigermeet. I would like to build this aircraft in 1/32 scale using the Tamya kit and Black Box nose conversion. I will also need the measurements of the actual sheet itself as I will need to upsize it to 1/32. I will make my own set of 1/32 decals and use masking tape for the yellow edges. Thanks for looking. Steve

Thought I would post my new build of Hasegawa's RF-4E Phantom Sharkmouth. I have 7 weeks to complete as this is for our yearly group build comp for November. Started with the cockpit using Eduard's pre coloured interior. Will also be using some after market seats but the rest is out of the box.

I am about to start the Hasegawa RF-4E 501SQ Japanese Phantom (1/48). Looking at the Hasegawa decals, they are very thick, as a lot of them can be. Does anyone have any Japanese Phantom after market markings and stencils that they are willing to sell. I know I wont be able to get all I need, but the stencils and major markings would be great. Hannants have the 1/48 in stock. Good luck with the 1/32, I have posted requests for that for weeks with no joy.

Im in Christchurch and it was no fun. Road outside my house looks a mess but the inside is ok. And my models are still in one piece!
