  1. Hi Ash, Yesss this is a perfect take that makes a lot of sense. Thank you Kurt
  2. Aloha everyone! Spraying to all fields. Does anyone know if there were actual windows in the tripod mast on the USS Arizona? I 've seen a couple different pictures that either seem like they do. The top one is from the USS Texas present day the bottom one I'm not sure what ship this was from Thank you in advance! Kurt
  3. Aloha everyone! Spraying to all fields here but can anyone tell me if the the windowless windows in the mast were covered over by a piece of sheet metal? It appears that some "windows" have a, kind of like a window blind pulled down. Thank you in advance!!
  4. Thank you all for your replies. Sorry I wasn't being specific. But it's like the wall as shown in this picture
  5. Aloha and Happy Easter everyone, I was just wondering if anyone knew of a company that made those flow through modern walls for revetments in 1/48th scale. I believe they're like T-concrete walls. Thank you in advance!

  7. Hi Everyone, Just wondering if any knows who produces-if they do- T concrete walls in 1/48th scale that can be used as modern day flow through revetments for aircraft. Thanks in advance Kurt
  8. Perfect! Thank you so much Sergei 😉
  9. Thanks for the reply. I guess what I was trying to convey and did a poor job of, knowing the range issues the Mig-29 once had and because I've never seen the aircraft with wings tanks and armament whether bombs or missiles at the same time whether this meant these photos just depict an aircraft on a long ferry flight but as a normal practice these would be left off.
  10. Aloha Everyone! Just wondering if anyone knows whether or not the external fuel tanks for the Mig-29SMT are more often than not used for ferrying purposes. I've seen a good amount of photo's with rockets, and bombs loaded with a centerline tank but hardly any photos with the wing fuel tanks and armament. In fact I've hardly seen many photos of bombed up ones too! Thank you in advance!
  11. Aloha everyone! This has probably been asked over and over but what Tamiya or Life Color paints can I use for the wheel bays, engine compartment, rotorhead assembly for the MIL-24V? Thank you in advance! Kurt
  12. Aloha everyone!!!! I have a question regarding the pylons on the 1/48th scale Trumpeter Mig-27 kit. I noticed the pylon on the glove in the box art is not even included in the kit. I'm planning on using the MER rack but the instructions are so vague on which pylon to use with it that I'm simply too baffled, help!!!! Can anyone inform me either where I can get aftermarket ones or which ones to use? Thank you in advance!! Kurt
  13. Aloha everyone!!!! Just curious did the French air force just recently adopt a new overall grey scheme for their Mirage 2000D? I've seen pictures of one at I believe the recent Farnbourough show but I'm not sure if this was just a "show" scheme. Can anyone help me with this? Oh and one more thing I read that the French air force has a, what we would consider, a MER rack, does anyone have photo's of what these look like? Mahalo in advance!!!! Kurt
  14. Thank you both for the info. Do you happen to know if, lets say, Aires or CMK makes these items sold separately?
