Were those target drones, flying bombs or were they involved in measuring radiation for atomic bomb tests or something? Maybe all of them. I remember seeing a photo of one being launched during the Korean War as a guided bomb, but I don't think the mission was a success. Looks like there are two of each color with 11 & 12 yellow, 13 & 14 pink, 15 & probably 16 being light blue. In the background of the last photo 7 & 8 are white with another unnumbered white tail. Would one be the drone and the other the controller? Or were they controlled by a B-17 or F7F?

Hello all, I need to sell some kits and decals. Mostly 1/48 stuff, but also some 1/32, 1/72 and ships. I will try to keep adding to the list as time permits. Hi, I bought this kit at an auction but found out the fuselage and counter rotating prop had been assembled and glue bombed. With the exception of the under wing radiators and tail wheel doors, the other bits and pieces are available and still on the sprues. Landing gear, antennas, folding and non folding wings, 5 blade prop, canopies and everything else. If you need something from it or want it all, let me know. Joe Falen
