  6. Thanks for the help. I've got the Stockholm FS chart bookmarked. I wish someone would put more of the corresponding colors with the FS numbers, though I guess if you use Testors MM or Humbrel your covered. As I said I find Tamiya much easier to work with. Again thanks to all for the help!
  7. With some digging I was able to find the site, so for those interested: Here
  8. Yah, I'm not to worried about mixing paint. I find Tamiya paint superior for my airbrush and wel the local stores don't carry Vallejo. Got another suggestion for the ghost greys from the XF line?
  9. Some months back ,on a few difrent forums, I asked about finding instructions for some Aircraft models and some fine soul suggested a GREAT site that had the instructions for a majority of model kits for download. Being the idiot I am I neglected to bookmark it. Can anyone help me out with the site again? Thanks, Dave

  17. Hey all, Just wanted to know if any of you fellow Canucks know if the Searchlight mounted in the CF-18 is EVER used?
  18. I've had problems with them as well. I ordered models back in February and payed by paypal. Waited and waited and it never showed. I put a new order in, in late March, didn't get it untill July! Never heard about my first order but now I have a credit. Ordered from them in July, proccesed on 31 and STILL haven't seen anything! Is this normal?
  19. Hi All, Many a year ago, say late 80's, I remember buying an EXCELENT book on the ANG/AFR. It was a soft cover, had a history of the two forces, all aircraft used and the Camo scheme charts. Anyone have an idea the title?
  20. Thanks to everyone for the help so far. Looking at the Hobbycraft kit, it dosen't seem to provide the 4 pylons, just the Bomb/Fuel pack and Drop tank. Any scale pic's of the pylons would be great as they will need to be scrathbuilt as well. OH the joy's of 1/144 scale!!
  21. THANK YOU SO much for the help Don! If you can, could you post, PM or email me photo's of the cockpit details? I'm scratchbuilding a Cockpit for the 1/144 Hobbycraft kit. If not possible could you suggest a good reference? Thanks again, Dave A.
  22. This was a proposed project called "Bullseye" done between 1967-68 at Eglin in Florida. B-58A #59-2428 from 43rd BW was involved and I remember reading about the MER being used. The Fox One decal sheet also has some info on it as well, so if anyone happen's to have one lying around Please post or P.M. me.
  23. Hey all, I was wondering if anyone has a copy or can help me with the B-58 article in Airpower Journal, International Air Power Review or Wings of Fame of a couple years back. I'm trying to find info on the load out of the Proposed B-58 in Vietnam. Specificly where on the airframe and how many MER were equiped. Thnaks for any help.
  24. Disscusion Question: What use would a Mach 3 Bomber have been in Vietnam? I guess if the B-70 used the Fire-bee or LGB's it may have been usefull, but I can't imagine it using dumb bombs. Where would you put the MER's? :o
  25. KUDOS to you Josh!!!! :D I have to say that it takes a REAL modeler to take a less than perfect model and make it better, than to just go buy a new one. Hope it goes your way.
