  1. Thanks for the pics of your 1/48 scale kit. Harold
  2. Hi, Many thanks for the offer. I have actually been to see that helo a few years back with my wife. From what I read somewhere though, is that it actually is a USAF bird made up in Canadian colours. What leads me to that is the port side window near the cockpit is painted over where as the Canadian helos had the escape hatch there after being modified. 641 also had the later trapezoid shaped tails from photos I have seen. Thanks, Harold
  3. Hi, I'm trying to find further photos of the H-21 Workhorse (Shawnee) used in the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF). I already have the two books by Pat Martin as well as have seen the photos on Airliners.net and the CanMilAir decal site. I have also looked at the Belcher Bits Decals and Leading Edge Decals (which I have). If anyone has any never before seen photos in colour or black and white I would love to see them. This will help me finish off my Italeri H-21 kit. Many thanks in advance, Harold
  4. Hi, As the title says, I'm after this 1/72 scale accessory set. It is set number 80510. Here is a link to the photo of it. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...bayphotohosting In particular I'm seeking the ECM pods. Many thanks, Harold
  5. Hi Wardog, Here is the owner of Model Art Decals/Accessories in the UK. I emailed and received a response from him pretty quick three weeks ago. Jean-Pierre DESPREZ modartdec@btinternet.com I too have to order some stuff for my Mirage IVP in 1/72 and 1/48 scale. Thanks, Harold
  6. Hi, I thought I would give this a try. If any one has built the above kit as the A or D version, they have a tail piece left over that is shorter and has an APU. I would be interested in aquiring this left over part if you have it available. The part numbers are 6 and 7 from sprue D. These are the shorter A tail parts rather than the longer D tail parts. Kit number is 12210 Thanks, Harold
  7. Hi, I'm after a scan of the instructions from the Revell Rafale M (or B, C) kit in 1/48 scale. If any one can assist me it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Harold
  8. Hi Diego, Can we order the sheets directly from you? I live in Canada and I used to use Air Connection and Flight Decs for my Hi-Decal line but their stock has dwindled to almost nothing. Nothing in the case of Air Connection. Thanks, Harold
  9. Hi, As the title says, I'm after the decals for the F-15 from the 142 Fighter Wing of the Portland based Oregon ANG. These decals are on Superscale sheet 48-1092. Even a partial sheet with just these Oregon ANG decals would do, as the other was for the Cape Cod based 102 FW from Massachusettes ANG. Thanks, Harold
  10. I received a scan of the instructions. Thank you all, Harold
  11. Hi, As it says in the title, I'm after a scan of the directions for the Heller Mirage IV P kit # 80493. Thank you in advance for looking at my request. Harold
  12. Here is a link to the kit that has the skis. Thanks http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...A:IT&ih=017
  13. Hi, The title says it all. I'm seeking the ski parts that came with this kit that attaches to the landing gear. If someone has these to spare as well as a copy of the instructions I would like to purchase them. Thanks, Harold
  14. Hi Robin, By chance, would you be able to scan the article and send it to me? I also want to build a SA-16B (HU-16E) Albatross as well. Thanks, Harold
  15. The version you have in the photo is of an HU-16B used for SAR duties, one of two delivered to Thailand in 1968 until retired in 1981.
  16. Hi John, Yes, please send me the scan of the article. And thank you very much for digging it up. My email is harkie111@telus.net Harold
  17. Hi John, Yes, please send me the scan of the article. And thank you very much for digging it up. Harold
  18. Hi, Thanks to all of you who responded to my questions. I will have to try and locate the Finescale Modeler November 2004 issue. I have the IN Action, Ginter and Mutza authored books as a starting point. As well as the Canadian IPMS written submission. I have also checked into the RHVP sets which are both difficult to locate or horrifically expensive. Although if any one has a set they want to get rid of please let em know. Again, thanks, Harold
  19. Hello, I'm looking for an article that was printed in a modeling magazine outlining the conversion process of the 1/72 scale Monogram Grumman Albatross kit from the HU-16B to the HU-16A (SA-16A). For the life of me I cannot find the information. After some digging, several possible magazines that may have the article are: Scale Modeler January 1973 Scale Modeler April 1988 Scale Modeler April 1992 Scale Aircraft Modeling June 1979 If any of you have any these old magazines, could you please check and let me know if any of them have what I'm looking for. Thanks, Harold
  20. Hi, If anyone has these auxilliary fuel tank parts (75B, 76B, 77B, 78B) from the Italeri H-21C Shawnee "Gunship" kit that they are not going to use, I would be interested in buying them. These are the external fuel tanks that are an option on this kit instead of the rocket pods. Thanks, Harold

  22. Hi, Does anyone have a set of 1/72 scale drawings for the Russian built Tu-22 Blinder? I would like to make an accurate version and would like to compare the Esci/Italeri kit to a set of drawings. Willing to purchase or pay for a copy as well. Thanks, Harold
