  8. This is my take on the Revell Corporal missile kit. It had some nasty seams to deal with that took a lot of time to clear up. The fit on some parts of the base was not very tight so I glued the legs in place to use as a display base instead of leaving it convertible as it was intended to be. I am not very good with cleaning up mold lines on figures or painting them, so I am not doing the figures that were included. I also didn't get the arms to hold the missile correctly without glue, so they are glued to the missile. I made one mistake painting it which is why the "W" decal is on the whi

  11. Pete, I haven't checked this in a while. WOW! It is looking amazing! With this project, it is evident that you are a sick, sick man! I mean that as a compliment because your previous versions were better than I could ever hope to acheive and now there is this one. Your passion for the subject has let you turn it up a notch...again! You've gone to the point that the only chance for an upgtraded version will have to include sight, sound and smell. LOL I can't wait to see more! Rob
  12. I like this one too. What kit is it? Rob

  20. Looking great Don! I am FAR from a master of painting. I feel that it is one of my weaker points but I refuse to let paint beat me. Rob
  21. This is cool Don! There are a lot of different options for kits out there that would be really cool. Did Aoshima make many diffferent kits like this? Rob
  22. Looks great Don! The Beast sounds correct for this! Rob

  24. Holmes---Thanks for the compliments and the videos. I am very happy with my X-15. I love the video showing how much the plane moved around in flight. What amazes me is how quickly the X-15 flights were over. I think that the X-15 pilots are really not given enough credit for their bravery. There was no safe, routine part of the flights. One aspect of the flights that I haven't found any comments about that I would like to is the sensation of hanging off of the wing of a B-52 during takeoff. That had to be an unbelievable feeling. From Milton Thompson's book, one of the hairiest moments
