  1. Trade Pending I would like to get a 1/32 Zoukei-Mura A-1H but I'm running low on funds. So I'm hoping some would like to trade the following: 1/32 Trumpeter AV-8B Night Attack: Includes Aires Cockpit, Landing Gear set along with the Canopy Correction set. 1/32 Trumpeter F4U-1D: Includes Big Ed photo etch set, Aires wheel bays and Moskit Metal exhaust. Also comes with True Details cockpit but some part are broken Both boxes are open but all parts are sealed and complete in both kits. I'll also throw in a 1/48 Hasegawa F-16 C for the trade. We both pay our own shipping. US only sorry...
  2. Mine is brand new just bought a week ago and would like to trade for a brand new trumpy hornet E version if any one is interested, let me know! Bryan
  3. Well, thankfully I was able to get my money back from paypal. Lesson learned
  4. I have the same problem. Bought 4 32nd aircraft from her about the same time and I live in the lower 48. Won't answer emails, PM's nothing. I reported her to paypal so hopefully something will happen. She has yet to respond to the paypal complaint.
  5. I never get it in the middle of these things because I read these forums to have fun and enjoy what we do. I have a very stressful job so it is very relaxing for me to build models and learn things from other modelers on these forums. I don't look a the bad trader forum but someone on this site ripped me off and I took the time to see how it worked so I could report them. Then I start reading this controversy and quite frankly, I don't know what to think. But when my name gets brought up in this mess (see above) it kinda irks me to say the least. Let me start my explaining that I had boug
  6. Hey Rob, It's been awhile since I've looked at this thread so thanks for commenting. The Micro mesh really works well for me but care has to be taken so it doesn't break. AND big thanks for the photoshop pix!!! If I get a chance, I'll try to take some natural light photos and post them. Bryan
  7. Oh and the canopy looks like that partially because I sand it inside and out with micro mesh and dip it in future after it's done. Takes a long time but it's worth it in the end. At least that's what I tell myself after hours of sanding!
  8. I hear ya, I really wish Tamiya would come out with a two seater. By the way they designed it, you would think it wouldn't take much to do it. And thanks everyone for nice complements!!!
  9. Thanks my friend, your comments mean a lot... Now, when are you planning on building one of your 32nd scale vipers???
  10. I should have been more specific, I did all the lights except the intake lights. And yes they are clear until they are powered up unlike the older lights. Here is the photos of the remade lights:
  11. I wasn't having a very good day but this made laugh. Thanks for the comment, it really was funny.
  12. I don't think so Mike; we are our own worst critics. I can wait to see what you to with a 32nd scale! But watching your builds, I can honestly say you improve on every one you put out. I don't see a lot of room for improvement but I have a feeling your next one will be even more stunning... Bryan
  13. Dang Mike, You are really getting good at this stuff! All I can say is it looks great!
  14. Thanks for all the great comments guys, very much appreciated! As for it being a light weight fighter, I really don't know if that is the case or not. I read that the added components did create additional drag which makes it a little less agile. It does have the lasted PW engine which makes of for some of the drag but not all.
  15. A few more: Someone was nice enough to photoshop this for me
  16. This is my latest build that I completed after my Hornet. It’s pretty much OOB with a few details added and I remade all the lights. The lights were just not right, putting it nicely. A lot of people don’t like the Academy F-16 because of shape errors but I enjoyed building it. They did make some important changes such as the IP and its cover. There were a few challenges here and there but overall it can be built into a nice Sufa. I used my usual Mr. Color paints although the green color in the instructions is incorrect for this aircraft but is appropriate with some of th
  17. Hi Toni, I sent an ebay payment for the other two hornets, the growler, and one of the tomcats. I still my have a buyer for one of your other tomcats but he is still on the fence...more like his wife is putting him there haha
  18. I used Rust-Oleum textured paint. It comes with different textures, so really rough and some fairly smooth. The one I used was fairly smooth since I didn't want it to look out of scale. The cap/lid on the can has the actual texture on it so you have an idea of what you're getting. Unfortunately, my can doesn’t give a specific finish; it just says "Multi Color Textured" near the top. Oh and if you use this, make sure you a strong primer or it will eat the plastic, don't ask me how I know. I used Mr. Surfacer as a prime. Hope this helps.
  19. I still want the Hornets but I havent heard from u
  20. Thank you so much for the nice comments everyone; they really do mean a lot. Chuck and Marcel, I've lurked around here and seen some of your work, so coming from you guys, I know I did a pretty good job. Guy's there is nothing more I would like to do than to give more details but, I would give away a big surprise coming hopefully soon... See Jake's comments Bryan
