  1. Pump the brakes Jackman. It's not "He who shall not be named" (see what I did there, I made a funny😃) who is or may be correct. It's one or some of his advisors that he's actually listening to that would be correct in their assessment. Have a nice day!
  2. I keep mine in binders, organized by subject, and each sheet is still in it's original packaging or zip lock bags and held in clear document protectors.
  3. Wow that's tiny! And so much detail! Lovely paint job 👌
  4. Just came across this: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B084QBQMWX/ref=sspa_dk_detail_7?psc=1&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUFTRUFOT0RHNDFNTEwmZW5jcnlwdGVkSWQ9QTA4ODc4ODkzOVpGRk9DV0VGQTMwJmVuY3J5cHRlZEFkSWQ9QTAzMzQxOTcxUk1LQjZISkRUWFVNJndpZGdldE5hbWU9c3BfZGV0YWlsJmFjdGlvbj1jbGlja1JlZGlyZWN0JmRvTm90TG9nQ2xpY2s9dHJ1ZQ==
  5. Someone let me know when they fly over Austin please! My kids will LOVE this.
  6. I forgot about that one. It is what, 2 years old now? Anyway it's another documentary by Mark Vizcarra. Vic Vizcarra's, Mark's father, was the F-105D pilot responsible for the duly infamous Thud "Pussy Galore" and it's colorful nose art. I didn't know Vic was a Hun pilot too until I watched the show the other night but it seems Mark is doing a lot of work dedicated to his father and fellow Vietnam era pilots.
  7. I came across my new favorite channel to watch aviation history, and it happened to be on YouTube. I haven't gone through all of the videos but I'm sure that they are probably all silent. No matter it's amazing what is being shared over the internet, it almost seems as if this gentleman went through the National Archives and found this stuff. Amazing reference material from the cameras that actually filmed period aircraft. Just click on "Play All" and let it roll...... https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCrrEoqPKqQvrjwnzdvgDFmQ/videos
  8. I have these in 1/48 and will do it someday. Love the SW themed Growler.
  9. Here is 161271 in 1994 with NACA vents. https://www.jetphotos.com/photo/8857263 Here she is in 1998 https://www.airfighters.com/photo/93200/M/USA-Navy/Grumman-F-14A-Tomcat/161271/ Both with NACA and both with different a different MODEX. I would believe it stands on good authority that the decals are correct for the precise time that it is being depicted and FTD would make any corrections if they were presented to them. If you want to change the BUNO to 162588 it probably won't hurt anyone's feelings either as there is a photo of it in the CAG liv
  10. I believe they're sized for the Hasegawa however if you messaged @Brian P: Fightertown Decals he would be more than happy to help out what needs to be done in order to fit them to any kit . The VF-211 option is 1996.
  11. It became racist and discriminatory the moment Americans of Chinese heritage started being discriminated against, berated with bigotry, and hated amongst other Americans who think like yourself Gerry. That's why it's frowned upon.
  12. Looks great! If you're still working on reducing that stash and have more Has P-40's I'll help out!
  13. Love broncos around here. Excellent work and great job!
  14. How so? That's like saying Apple is struggling because they are outnumbered against the rest of the market even though they are the leading competitor. So the "insert discriminatory description here" virus is acceptable based on this correct?
  15. Well just like you said earlier, Fox has the highest ratings no? Doesn't that speak of the majority?
  16. Sounds like a plan and I'm sure we are all lot forward to seeing your work. Only issue is no one really knows how long it will take for ZM to finally release the kit.
  17. There are differences in the levels of combat and conflicts that the United States participated in throughout history, not just during 20th Century and with the USSR. The fact of the matter is that it was indeed, a war. Even though you (during your time in Kuwait) or your father (during his time in Germany) were not in direct combat, both were still in support of operations during a time of war.
  18. Yup. And you can get an ARCOM or a Bronze Star medal for just sitting on the FOB or COP in any of the S shops. What's your point? We were at war. Period.
  19. Maybe so but I'd still say that the placement of everything isn't far off.
  20. Interesting graphic that goes along with your comment @11bee
  21. I'm sorry but what's the name of the period of time between 1947 and 1989 again? The Cold War?
  22. The President of the United States is one of those commentators that has repeatedly pushed Russian propaganda on Fox News, even after it was permanently deemed fake.
  23. Actually that's false. Damn near every day there was naval warfare being conducted between the United States and the Soviet Union during the Cold War. Just because there wasn't ships being blown up by torpedoes or planes blown out of the sky doesn't mean there wasn't a war. There were plenty of casualties to prove it.
