I have an old Micro Scale decal sheet with markings for VAW-123 "Screwtops". The rotodome spiral appears to be printed in black with the eye at the center. I realize that this is an older scheme, but is the black spiral correct vs. the more commly seen dark blur spiral? Thank you for any help you can provide on this.

Thanks Ken, his family lives up the street from us, I went to school with his sister, and the events you recounted about the loss of the helo sounded familiar. The plaque and helo will look good together, a fitting tribute to those lost and those who put their lives on the line daily to do the same thing when called upon.
