    Anyway, like I was sayin', shrimp is the fruit of the sea. You can barbecue it, boil it, broil it, bake it, saute it. Dey's uh, shrimp-kabobs, shrimp creole, shrimp gumbo. Pan fried, deep fried, stir-fried. There's pineapple shrimp, lemon shrimp, coconut shrimp, pepper shrimp, shrimp soup, shrimp stew, shrimp salad, shrimp and potatoes, shrimp burger, shrimp sandwich. That- that's about it.

    You speak my language! And let's not forget the shrimp po' boy!

    Mmmm......crawdad's!

    And fresh caught blue crab, steamed, and served with melted butter! Is it nap time yet?

    You know what I don't like? Having the same game as my friends but we can't play online because they have the xbox and I have the ps.... I especially hated this in rockband. I mean - its the same game, why not?

    I also don't like rapini and bokchoi.

    Heck yeah! I can understand the whole "consoles not playing against pc" mess given how much of an advantage a mouse has speed wise (I remember there was this one xbox game where you could play players on the pc, and that was the case so utw not done anymore); but the whole console vs console deal? surely something can be done about that? I have a handful of friends who play CoD same as me, but they're PS so I'll never see 'em. And like you said with rockband, its virtually the same game; only difference is xbox gets the map packs first.....

    Its annoying.

    I also don't like sushi, and mussels or oysters.....

    Its just a waste of time. The 'smarter' ones will back up their 'opinion' with articles they agree with. In the case of the PS and XBox, most of the 'articles' are just disguised marketing crap. Crap designed to get you to buy more crap.

    That's a great point - I don't like going on video game news websites for just that fact; either its marketing, or its a bunch of fan-boys taunting each other with stupid comments (I say that cause I was recently looking up info on MW3 and it seems like nobody can make a presentable discussion; just a bunch of "activision sucks" or "you're stupid" type of junk, when I was just curious as to if the info I heard about production was true or not).

    Though I don't think my xbox is crap :rolleyes: and while Black ops is no "MW2", I still like it! What is crap is a lack of dedicated servers, and folks who don't understand the concept of domination playing on your team......

    I also don't like mushrooms and clams....

    My trolling comment was in reference to the World Wide Web. I wasn't there for the specific threads you mention. In general, I just suspect that the problem isn't that people make provocative comments. It's that many others take the bait!

    Honestly, I wonder if Youtube staffers don't troll occasionally on their comment threads just to gather traffic.

    last time I experienced the use of the term trolling was when a certain type of "fan-boys" used it as a response rather than present a useful defense of their beloved industry.

    Like PS fanboys and Xbox fanboys arguing with each other and not presenting any relevant info.....

    So naturally I was suspicious......

    Let me guess...... "trolling" comments are for the "Russian E-2" thread reference? Seriously, if I remembered its name I'd use it; the only point in bringing it up is just a comparison between threads - that one got stupid, yet was left alone- j-20 remained civil, yet gets yanked? It was the best comparison I could think of - the T-50 thread stayed pretty decent from what I saw....

    Hell no on Honda and Hyundai

    Neither - I'm a panthers fan myself.....

    And definitely Earnhardt! Though the better question is Richard Petty or Earnhardt; and the intimidator still comes out on top :(

    Why does threads get locked up and removed? why not just remove the offending postings and let the rest stay....mostly there are sensible discussions going on and it´s really interesting to follow.

    When "my machine is better than yours"-arguments start appearing, just toss them if they don´t add to the discussion.

    That's just it; there was none of that in Jim's post....... No arguments; certainly nothing like that one thread with that obvious Russian knock-off of the E-2; all the Russian fan-boys got immediately offended and started whining and picking fights and all; yet that one got left alone by the mods; Jim's post was nothing like that and it gets removed????? Seriously now......

    That's the problem with 'relitical'* discussions - they tend to not lead anywhere and one side will eventually start the personal attacks on the other. In every case, both sides believe in their faith and thinks the otherside is [insert word here] for not sharing the same faith.

    In other words: its a predictable waste of time.

    * relitical is my word to describe religion/political topics. This starts at religion and politics but its really about anything where opinion and unprovable faith trump any and all reason and cold hard data. So Ford vs GM, Playstation vs Xbox, Global Warming vs Deniers, Left vs Right.... just a glorious waste of time.

    I hear this crap all day long - I come here to talk models.

    So the J-20 is a religious/political issue? I guess to some folks there is a "church of mig" out there somewhere.....

    Btw: which is it? Xbox or playstation?

    Oh yeah, and hasegawa or tamiya?

    Just reading it - and apparently it got yanked; hadn't seen it turn dirty or anything (not like the thread some time back about the russian E-2 look-a-like who's name escapes me...).

    I thought it was interesting... oh well...

    so what's the reason this time? :cheers:
