  2. Big shout out for another good guy - Loftycomfort Excellent deal on a great day! My thumbs up for him anytime!!! Tricose
  3. Nice shots you have there. I believe that the F-4 you took inside 38 + 34 is the one that broke her back at the Berlin Airshow a few years ago. I think the pilot broke it pulling to many G's. Nice to see that it was put into a museum and not scrapped if that is indeed the one. Thanks for posting!!! Tricose

  7. I read that this series is based on three books from three different marines that served in the Pacific. Although we were able to watch BoB from boot camp through to the end of the war, that was one unit's story. This is a broader look and perspective based on three individuals memoirs. I like the look and feel of the story so far, the effects are great and watching it a second time last night I got more of a feel for the "primary" characters so far. I will probably give it a 4 out of 5. Just my opinion. Tricose
  8. Hello???? Anyone home??? Any news on these babies??? Thanks, Tricose

  10. F-100D 56-3285 531 TFS, 3 TFW, USAF, Bien Hoa Captain David Carl Lindberg(KIA) An urgent call for assistance from ground troops resulted in a flight of F-100's scrambling to attack VC troops at Khu Tru Mat, twelve miles north of Bien Hoa. As Capt. Lindberg came down to 200 feet to make his fifth pass dropping napalm canisters his aircraft was struck by automatic weapons fire and dived into the ground before he could escape. Captain Lindberg has earlier survived being shot down during a Skyspot Mission near Bien Hoa on 30 March 1967. HTH Tricose
