Sell it and wait 3-4 years for a representative kit to show up. You would have to change a lot on the Panda kit to make an accurate X-35, let alone an accurate F-35.

The Panda kit is an inaccurate model of the X-35, not the production F-35.

Glareshield shape did not change with MLU. I can tell you from that photo that none of the external MLU mods are present, so it is safe to say that using the MLU cockpit with those markings would be wrong. MLU was an all or nothing mod, they didn't do partial or phased MLU mods to any airframes.

OK, I forgot Elite Decals were really Isra Decals. Didn't those get dinged for accuracy? Or was the issue that the artwork was copyrighted by the artist and permission was not given to Isra to use it? I don't really know the whole story on these decals... but I do on the real markings.

I asked because your post seemed ambiguous. You said you were going to build a Desert Storm bird - with Isradecal markings. I thought Isra only did IDF sheets - does Isra do USAF sheets I don't know about?

Are you building an Israeli bird or ??? The IDF Block 30s have some subtle but important differences from the USAF Block 30s...
