  1. S! I think there are two possibilities: XF-60 (Dark Yellow) or XF-59 (Desert Yellow): http://scalemodeldb.com/paintcharts/tamiya FS 33564 XF-60 XF-59 Maybe you'll need to add a little white to the paints in order to get a better color match.
  2. S! Here is shown the FS references: http://www.cybermodeler.com/hobby/decals/caracal/images/caracal_48019_p.jpg http://www.mars.slupsk.pl/fort/mig/big/mig-29-iran-%5B3-6103%5D-2000.jpg FS33564 FS35526 According to this site: http://www.paint4models.com/paintchart/paintconversionchart20100101d.htm FS35526 -> XF-23 Light Blue
  3. S! At Kagero's book the profiles indicates that Early models had open horns and Late models had closed horns, but there are photos of Late models with a mix of open and closed horns, probably a field modification due to the lackness of tracks.
  4. S! The black one was the second prototype. The splinter was a comemorative scheme due to the retirement of the A/B versions.
  5. And about the tails? Does it comes with both tails: with and without antennas?
  6. S! On the B/D/N test shots, the sprue with the right vertical stabilizer has the 2 noses. Why simply not put that one in the box? Look, no antennas in the vertical stabilizer.
  7. Question: this is a 2000C or a 2000-5F? The C version has a Pitot tube on the radome and no antennas on the vertical stabilizer.
  8. S! A question about the fill and flush: how do you "control" the boundary of the paint? For the photos I could not understand how you did it. :blink: Regards
  9. S! Ok, but I have to smooth the kit lines? It seem exaggerated in the kit. :unsure:
  10. S! In many places is said that the Revell kit (1/48th) is the best kit for the Strike Eagle. Some say that is the only kit for the E version of the Eagle. But one thing that bothers me is the raised lines in the horizontal stabilizers. The image below shows clearly what I'm talking about: In the other hand, this photo shows NO lines in the real plane. I think that in a previous topic, someone said that these lines exists as a reinforcement due to some accidents with the horizontal stabilizers. Can anyone clarify if the kit is right or if I have to sand off completely, reduce or leave
  11. S! Man you have the patience Very nice job.
  12. S! Already available for pre-order at Lucky Model http://www.luckymodel.com/scale.aspx?item_no=AF%20R48102
