Since I started this ... I suppose I should chime in! It was worth $350 for whoever bought it. I found it interesting that someone would spend that much money instead of scratch-building the conversion himself. I maxed out at $50 for the kit - while it would be nice to get one, I'd scratch it before spending that much!

A 1/48 B-26K conversion set from CE went for $350 on Ebay .. sheesh.

Curt, thanks much! Any suggestions on aftermarket stuff? I see that CC has a bunch of sets for the HH60L, MH60, etc... but what's needed? I assume that the Eduard set is necessary part too. Also, did the AF rescue Pave Hawks use both the 50 and minigun (one of each) or one of each for ammo commonaility?

Hi Dan, I picked up the 1/35 Pave Hawk, and would like to build one used in A'Stan, either a AF Pedro or an Army bird. With all the different versions being used right now, I would like to like to know "who uses what, for what and where". I'm also interested to know what aftermarket stuff is needed to bring this kit up to snuff, as parts of it look a bit simple.

Other than the obvious general resources (Wiki, etc.) could someone point me to some references on the Blackhawk, particularly the HH and MH versions? Thanks in advance!

I picked up the 1/48 Revell CH-53G, which appears to have all the old HH-53 parts as well. I'm very interested in building it as a HH-53C used during the Vietnam unpleasantness. Suggestion as to where can I find information (photos, drawings, etc...) about the exterior and interior of these helios? Are there any conversion/detail sets on the market? I see that Cobra has a nice selection of MH-53 Pave Low parts, but I'm more interested in building a 'C. Thanks in advance!

I'm looking for coversion parts for the old Revell Harrier in 1/32nd scale. I seem to recall there was a conversion set for the SHAR, but I also have in interest in building up a GR.3 as well. Suggestions as to parts and aftermarket decals?
