Hi all, Hoping someone out there might have a tail wheel assembly for the 1/48 scale Otaki F6F-3 Hellcat kit in their spares. Mine was lost during a move (completed kit), now it truly IS a tail-dragger. 😞 🙂 Thanks! Bill

Lcurtis, I have an extra kit I can pull the parts from if you are still in need of them. PM your address if so.

I use both, I buy them in bulk and dispense them from the cans into the very same brown bottles they used to be sold in back in the day. I found the bottles quite easily online a few years ago.

Agreed & in the past I have with nice results. Pricey? Yes but worth it IMHO.

It has been my experience that white automotive lacquers do not yellow. I have used them on several models and they are fine as long as your final gloss coat does not yellow. The only drawback is the expense, but then, have you ever seen a white car's paint job yellow? :)

I have a malcolm hood from a Tamiya 1/48 B kit I could send you if you have trouble getting a replacement from Revell.
