1/32 Tamiya F-4E post-Vietnam- Kicked up a notch.

Chuck the Eduard color PE sets for the seats look great when installed. I used them on my F-4D. They are a bit of a PITA to install with lots of small parts and the metal is a little stiff but once they are in they look very good. -
Try ordering the parts from Revell. All you need is the kit # and part #s. You can do it online at REVELL.com.

I'm sorry. That's just sad.

Did the 117s that flew into Saudi before Desert Storm have the transponders on there sides or did they fly in all stealthy?

I'd like to join with a 1/48 Academy F-117A. I know it's the Academy kit but it's the only thing in my stash that fits the guide lines (Only the tails have been glued together).

Mine was $36.99 before i used the 40%er.

Thahks for the answers. Looks like I have a little scratch building to do.

Can I use the seat from my F-86D in my F-86F? Or did they use differant seats?

Well guys I have bad news. I won't be able to finish my Bone on time. With only seven days to go I just don't have enough time to finish without rushing. It's been a combination of work, kids and problems with the model. I will be getting it finished just don't know when. I had fun in my first group build and look forward to another. Thank you for all the kind words from all who commented.

Sorry Trumpy 1/32 F-14D -
All I can say is wow. Both sets look great. The seats are so much better then the kit parts. they will look great painted and weathered. The update set looks good tiny but good. For those that don't know about the update set it has the throttle, rudder pedals, flap handle and ssu ( the gps box on the rios glare sheild). Other then some small parts the only complaint I have is the instructions. Wolfpacks are small about 2" x 4". Steel Beach's is too dark to really see the details on the page. No big deal with either as the Daco book shows everything you need. Over all I say get both and forget

Hasegawa F/A-18C metal landing gear questions
VIPER0177 replied to Machinegun21's topic in Tools 'n' Tips
Small files for the seams then sanding sticks to smooth it all out. Then primer and paint. Use super glue to install. -
I think it was a four ship of T-38s.

I just took a quick look on line for you and it looks like a Diamond backed or a Blotched water snake. Non poisonous but they sometime act like rattle snakes or cotton mouths.

I have a 1/4oz bottle of each I bought on a whim and was wondering if it's any good. I don't want to use it if it's no good. So anybody try it? Is it worth using?

WHAT???? When did this happen?

Ok I have gotten some painting done. Top right wing. Bottom right wing. Top left wing. Bottom left wing. Top of stabs. Bottom of stabs. That's all I've gotten done as of late. I hope to have these parts clear coated decaled and installed in the next few days.

Thank you rightwinger I will.

I've pulled my Trumpy Nimitz out as my next build and got to thinking about where to put all the aircraft. That got me thinking does the Navy have any rules about aircraft parking on the hangar deck? Like squadron planes together or the same type together? Or is it more like where ever they'll fit? What about the flight deck during flight opps? What are the rules for that?

BrittMac here are some pics from two years ago at the Dayton Airshow. My oldest daughter and I fly with them every year that they are at the show. The one you showed up close unloading. The one my Daughter got here first flight in landing. My Daughter in flight. Here first flight in anything and it was a ride in a Huey. The last two years we have flown with them and they are the most wonderful people. This year will be three years in a row and my youngest Daughter wants to fly for the first time with them. I can't wait til July. If any of you have the chance to see them do there de
