Does anybody make AM B-83s or B-61s in 1/48?

AGM-69s in the front two bays and the fuel tank in the aft bay what comes in the box.

I started my Bone at 12:01am at work. I haven't got much done yet still waiting for decals and PE to arrive but thought i'd post pics of what I have so far. Wings, stabs, tail and fuel tank glued together started filling pin marks in the intake trunks and sink marks in the intake faces.

Thank you guys. Mrvark I looked over that thread first it looks to be mostly about the featherless exhausts. Caulderyan Hop they do feathered ones.

This may have been asked before if it has sorry I couldn't find it. What needs to be done to the Revell 1/48 exhausts to make them look more like the real ones? Is it just scribing between the petals and sanding off the raised detail or does it take more then that? If the kit exhausts are to far off is there a good replacement for them?

I just got my new Revell B-1B and boy are the molds showing there age. Tons of flash, rust on the parts around injector pin marks. The tires are now two part black plastic insted of rubber. All clear parts are still tinted plastic but it doesn't look as dark as I remeber it being. The biggest surprise is the decals there purple. Yes the markings for A/C 85-080 "Lady of the night" are purple. Not just the nose art but the 28th BW shield and fin flash as well. A quick look online failed to turn up any pics. Anybody know if these are correct? I'm sure glad I ordered Foxone decals for it.

Order placed for Early Bones set. I will use them on my new Bone that gets here today.

I got one for Christmas so I'd be in for a group build.

Thank you for the complements guys. imatt88 I agree with you it should be hi-viz but I blew my budget on an Techniks cockpit and an airbrush so I couldn't get new decals.

Ok guys here is my Tamiya F-14 I built years ago. I know the paint scheme isn't correct and I got a few details wrong but I like the way it looks. Comments welcome.

Thank you Graves. I looked on line but really couldn't find a pic of one in service that was well used. So with what you said I think I'll go with a well used but not rode hard look. To answer your question it was ready to decal because that is the way I put it back in the box. I forgot I touched up the paint before I put it away it's been alooooong time since I've had this one out.

I just opened the box for my Academy Hornet and found it ready to decal I thought it still needed paint touched up. So I'm going to try and get it done before the end of the year. I want to do the VFA-146 CAG jet so my question. Do CAG jets get as dirty as the rest of the squadron or are they kept cleaner?

Just a quick question for the Phantom Phreaks. When did slime lights start showing up on F-4Ds?

Does anybody have info/pics of this aircraft? I'm in the final stages of it and the box art shows that the lower part of the canopy frame is black but the instructions don't show that. I've looked high and low on the net and every book I have the only photo I can find of this jet is when it was a CA ANG bird in all gray paint and the only pic I have of a black bellied jet doesn't show the tail numbers. So does anybody know if the lower canopy was black or have photos of this jet with the black belly?

Thank you Andre. I wasn't sure they looked dark gull or Gunship gray. I'll go with the Dark Gull.

What is the correct shade of gray for AGM-86s? the kit calls for aircraft gray but that looks to light to me compaired to photos.

Youngtiger you might want to check your refs on the paint. If I remember right the artic scheme was just the standard euro 1 with the lighter green painted over in white.

Aim9 I just want to make sure I have the correct book. it's SACs Last bomber correct? If it is then it will be a bit before I can order it holidays and all coming. Till then would you mind telling me the reason the gear wouldn't come down? I heard some stories but never the real reason. Thanks again.
