  1. Hi, A couple of months late to the party, but… is the re-issue of the Cobra Husky detail set still on? I'd be interested! Kind regards, Joachim
  2. With all due respect for your beautiful artwork, it is a bit naïve to publish it like this, in big scale and without watermarks of any kind. Anyone can just copy and use an inkjet or laser printer to print them on white decal film. You should at least make it a bit more difficult for the pirates. Best, Joachim
  3. Or, to be even safer, insulate the hub with metal foil, for instance BareMetal which has negligible thickness. FWIW… /Joachim
  4. That is one mean looking Motha! Exquisite modelling! /Joachim
  5. Well… Those pics are obviously scans from a printed book. I wonder what the copyright situation is… Also, red text on black background is possibly the worst choice for readability (except for dark blue on black). I'm a bit concerned that the page is a rip-off from a published work. I couldn't find any info on the origins of the artwork. /Joachim
  6. Impressive build, with great attention to details. The cockpit framing looks perfect as well. Painted decal strips or masked? Really nice looking model! Joachim
  7. I really like that well kept, well defined look. Beautiful modelling! /Joachim
  8. It sure does, and a beautiful job you've done with it, too! /Joachim
  9. So why allow replies at all, if the forum is to be regarded as a Chinese parliament of yeah-sayers? /Joachim
  10. A perfect example of how adding figures and accessories in a well planned design adds so much life and interest to a model! /Joachim
  11. Welcome and congratulations! That's a remarkably convincing T-bolt, with just the right amount of sheen to the finish and a truly artistic handling of "one colour" camouflage. It's got that hard-to-define "real" feeling about it. Pure inspiration! Best, Joachim
  12. Good OP! The Yugoslav aviation and air industry aren't that well known outside Serbia, I think, but there are a number of very interesting designs, such as the Ikarus line, from the 1930's on. Incidentally, the Air Museum in Belgrad is very interesting and well worth a visit. The Aeropoxy resin kits look excellent, judging from the photos on the website and not expensive considering the very complete kits with decals, photoetch and more. Something to consider when you get tired of 109:s, Spits and F-18:s… Some very able and inspiring modelling in evidence on the Aeropoxy website as well!
  13. Oh. I suppose that was aimed at me. I understand – in this place, only "oh:s" and "ah:s" allowed. In the CC, "oh:s" and "ah:s" and the occasional constructive "however…"? /Joachim
  14. I rather think that your Hurri wants a Vokes filter… ;-) And I think it's a good guess that one will be forthcoming from Quickboost or Ultracast or one of the other guys in the accessory business. The Italeri kit seems to be gaining quite a following… Best, Joachim
  15. Beautiful build, congratulations on exquisite work! My nitpick would be the engine installation. It may be because a trompe l'oeil, but from the profile photos I get a strange impression of an uncharacteristic upthrust – the whole engine/prop package seems to be angled too much up, doesn't it? Anyway, a most creditable modelling exercise! /Joachim
