You can actually do up either a PW bird or a GE bird since Vista carried both engines during different time periods. The decals we currently have can accomodate the GE version. Our older decals have the PW version. Thanks

Hey Tom, in addition to what Aaron stated, be sure to work the tail EW arrays like it's called out in the instruction sheets. The Saudis have ordered the Sniper XP also. They placed an order for 40 of these back in 2005 so a Sniper on your model would be legit.

That subject has been kicked around over here numerous times Darren. Sitting here right now I'm not completely committed to that or the other two subjects we're thinking about :wub: I have lots of things to think about that might sway me one way or the other but I do admit, a Goshawk wouldn't be a bad idea...

Before the weekend I was able to get in touch with the freight forwarding guys at LAX and coordinate the delivery of the kits to here at the Twobobs corporate headquarters (mi casa) over the next couple of days. We'll be shipping these out to all of our customers by the end of this week and (fingers crossed) we'll have them all out to everyone within one week after that. There are literally hundreds of these things we need to ship out guys, so many that we had to make some special arrangements with our local post office here in Rosamond, CA to get these out the door. Yeah the special deal we had was, "we'll tool your models, you give us money". Kinda like the special deal I get at Albertsons when I buy groceries. This ain't no charity and there ain't no hook-up. The only wiener that got hung out there was ours. Don't expect to see any Czech model Buckeyes in 48th scale either since we own the rights to that tooling (since we paid for it all). The reality of the hobby industry is what it always has been, subject matter, price point, business model, customer service. Throw all that into a jigger and sometimes a turd falls out and sometimes one doesn't.

Good looking model Mark. I went to your link that showed the in-progress build; first time I've ever seen it since I don't get much time to surf around that much. I noticed your home made squadron decal you did up which is a different version than the one that was actually on the jet (which is what I drew for the sheet). Too late now but if I had seen your thread previously I would have sent you some images. If you want some pics regardless, just E-mail me and I'll send some your way. Dude I will pay for a spa treatment with a full body massage to include a pedicure if you finish this by the Nats... I don't see it happening. Yeah, crack on me all you want that I won't have anything either at the Nats but that's OK cuz I know I won't!!! Now if YOU spring for a full body massage and a pedicure, that might be enough motivation for me to get working on something.
