Well...I do not wish to use the tanks, they look horrible and I also want this baby to look as smooth as she does on the box-art. The sidewinders in the kit is just to laugh at, but I have two Python-3 missiles in my stash. These will be mounted to the bad rails that follow the kit, making it almost out of the box. Finn-Ove

While the tinting on my F-16 canopies is drying, I have to do something...on Thursday a packet from SprueBrothers arrived. In it was amongst a few things a 1/48 Kfir from Italeri. I had read that the kit itself is a bit dated and...lacking, but I just wanted something that looks like a Kfir, it will also be a perfect platform to get the colors correct before my F-16's are ready. So last night I started in earnest, here is how far I am right now! The kit parts fit together very nicely, much better than the Gripen from the same company. Have got the fuselage together, the F-16 c fits alot better than the NATO Viper. The panels on the side of the nose fitted good on both of them, wonder if Kinetic has corrected them somehow? In order to fit the radar on the nose of the Barak, I have had to remove a lot of plastic..not quite there yet but it is close... Finn-Ove

I do not think it has the drop, Will never know as I am going to have the nose open! But they have also fixed it on the NATO Viper and the ROCAF Vipers...so..I think they have fixed it all round! Finn-Ove

Actually TobiK......I chickened out.... I looked at the Aires well, and at the kit...and then I realised if I #%¤& this up then I will have a hard time putting the air-intake together. So...i chickened out...*sigh* If it had been a AM or a BM I could have tried it, if I failed I could have replaced it. But the block-40 is a widemouth and so I have no replacement....*lots of excuses here* Finn-Ove

I forgot to do the front wells before I built the intake, then I had an airbrush accident when spraying, so I will do it all over today....and no, it is not just you....hehe Finn-Ove

The Aires wheel well fitted in very nicely Blade and stuff in place to make the Netz a block 10... Finn-Ove

There was no time to get pictures of the tails tonight, have been working on the wheel wells and the intakes. Since bothe the crew-chief-dividers are damaged I will mak FOD covers for both. Tomorrow... FO
