  1. Simply amazing! I don't think, I will ever build a Jet... Olli
  2. Hey guys! I just finished my Me 309 from Huma. It's a quite nice short-run kit, with an awful canopy. Although it should be replaced, I used it, because I wanted to finish something ;) The camouflage is fictional for JG 1, however the Rumpfband is slightly to wide. The the maingear is from Zvezdas Bf 109 F-2, the frontgear is from a Me 262 (Academy I guess). Not my best, but in my opinion it's a "okay"-modell. Hope you enjoy and feel free to write something ;) Greetings from Germany Olli
  3. Absolutly awesome! I was looking for a WIP-Thread like this for my Transall. Very, very nice step-by-step and a great result! I've got two Tralls over here.... Olli
  4. Wow, finally the movie is finished! I heard about the project some years ago, and I heard about some finianical problems. So I'm happy, that the movie is coming soon! Of course it's ridicilout (President Palin, gosh!), but anway, I like those ideas ;) Olli
  5. Hey guys! Just before the year ends, I want to present you my latest finished model. It is the Aoshima ta 152 H-1 in 1/72. It is a very nice, easy and okay detailled kit which brings you alot of fun while building it. There no real problems. However, the build took about two months, just because of the painting. I used all my painting-skills in this. There is a RLM 82/83 upper fuselage, a RLM 76 b underfusalage and some natural metalic. The Engine seems like it is a change engine, so it is painted in RLM 76 normal. In addition I painted the elevators in RLM 65 on the upper side, and the unde
  6. Hey guys, it's not very much, but better less then too much crappy stuff :) So here we go: Academy Fw 190 A-8 "Heinz Bär" - 1/72 Revell Bf 109 K-4 (actually G-10) - 1/32 Tamiya Fw 190 D-9 - 1/48 And the first in 2010 was this one: Heinkel He 162 A-2 from Revell in 32 I hope i'll finnish more in 2011, a Fw 190 F is planned. For all of you: I'm wishing you a merry christmas and a happy new year! May the glue be with you! Olli
  7. I'm always happy if people like my models :) And yes, it's forbidden, but there is always a discussion in the german modellism scene. Some people say its historic, it shows history, and some say it can be used for racism stuff and this is just art, not history. I really don't know if it is allowed or not, but I don't wanna get in trouble, so I made a little censorship on this. Olli
  8. Hey ho guys. I bought this little bird in a hobby shop near Seattle in my vacation. Of course I started to build it in the evening of my return Now, three weeks later its finished. The wire is missing, it's because I want to show a technic on the modellshow in september. Acutally I wanted to make the pictures outside, but when I went on the stairs the Fw felt down. I hope its all repaired, but if you see something broken, tell me. Olli
  9. Heyho Yeah, the tailwheel, I know. The flap "in" the Balkenkreuz in on the left side is original from the G-10. The Interior is a K-4, the position of the aerial on the top is from a G-10. The fuel cap is from a K-4... I got plans of both versions here, I know the differents, but the problem was to change it. You have to know, I got only 40 Euros in a month, its just poket money, I´m a poor pupil The wheel wells are interesting. If I think about it, I remember. But I didn´t notice when I build this modell. But do not turn my model over! :D Olli
  10. Thank you guys! @Schwarze 1 I´m curious, and I always wanted to learn. So, what did you find? I know, the part fuselage/wings ist not very god...If you go nearer its horrible. But only when you take a lamp and go very near. But if someone wants to go so near...don´t try it! Greetings Olli
  11. Hey Guy, time for some news. Okay on the first sight it seems as there is nothing new on my 109. But there is a descreet shading. A postshading and some semi-details pictures. Lets go: I disliked the Decals, they were too hard to get in the panellines, so i decided to make one more compromise: The easy "Balkenkreuz", crosses, on the bottom. Here is a little comparsion to see how big/small a 1/32 Me really is. Hope you like it Olli
  12. Hehe, the crosses are the only decals expect the markings for fuel oder "don´t touch". I painted the unit markings also. Olli PS: hope I finished my lil´ bird before my vacances
