  1. Thanks. As I'm a rather slow builder I'm not sure I'll make it. Also after I arrive from Austria I have to do some work in moms appartment because she's moved to a old peoples home. We are going to rent it so I need to clean and maybe paint it, or at least some parts of it. We'll see how it goes.
  2. Some prosess. I've compleated the strecher and made a first aid bag from epoxy "clay" and put the fuselage together. I made the safty belst on the strecher from aluminum foil from a wine bottle. Now Im working on the rotor blades. They are a little like pieces of wood. So I need to reshape them a little. Also there are some pieces for the rotor head and blades in the Eduard PE set. I'm going abroad next Monday for eight days. So there won't be much done at that time. Going for a cykling trip from Passau in Germany to Wienna in Austria. We'll be cykling down by Danube river. I jus
  3. Hmmm. Maybe a stupit question. But what is liquid paper? The chopper is great. GWG
  4. I'm struggling to compleat one model, but you're working on two! Ohh my god. GWG
  5. Hi. Finaly I have time to upload some pictures. I hike and bike a lot and at this time of year I hike and bike even more. There has been some progress on my Dauphin. Air tanks in the shelfs in the rear bulkhead. I made moulds with Oyumaru Clay from tanks I had and made the new tanks with epoxy glue. The interior is more or less ready. The aluminum in the strechers is a blanket and the bag is from a Tamiya Jerry can sett. The rear bulkhead's nearly ready. I made the fire extinguisher from strech sprue and a 0,23 mm solder. I also made a box and a float to have on the shelfs. The cut
  6. What a pity. :o It was looking so good.
  7. No. I was going to try to put in some pic's tonight, but I packing for a cykling trip over the weekend. so I don´t have time. The cockpit and the overhead console are nearly ready. Both painted but just need some little details to complet them. I´ll post some pictures next week when I'm back from the cykling trip. Have a nice weekend Grétar W. G.
  8. Splendit job. Those figures are fantastic Grétar W.G.
  9. Hi. Some progress on the model. The Eduard PE set. They have the instrument panel both as printed and a film. I'll probably be using the printed one. It's coloured. If I use the PE insturment panel that is. More about that later. I moved the petals backwards. They are to near to the bulkhead. The one on the right is the one I moved. New pedals where made out of vire and pedals from Airwaives German WWII accessories. Because I don't know which instrument panel (IP) I'll be using I made a new one. The PE IP is completly incorrect for the Dauphin. The decal instrument that comes with
  10. Hi. You may be misunderstanding what I´m saying. I do not use the epoxy to make the mould. To do that I used material called Oyumaru Clay. Then i used 2 part epoxy to make the cutters. I sometimes use the epoxy raher than mixing resin to make such a small part. I hope this makes the matter clear. Best regards GWG
  11. Hi I went to see this pic on Google Earth and on the bottom of the screen is some information about the picture. One is: "imagary date 2/1/2013" So Mr. Crash Test Dummy was right regarding the date of the picture. Best regards and have a nice weekend Grétar W. G.
  12. Thanks Niki. The Eduard PE set finally arrived so I'm working on the cockpit. I'm also making new pedals and have made a ceiling for the passanger compartment. No pictures now. Maybe, hopefully, I'll be able to post some pic's next weekend.
  13. I'm in. I've got an 1/72 Airfix kit with a few CMK resin sets: Control surfaces, engine, cockpit and the wing guns. One of my favorite planes. GWG
  14. I AM bald. Well more or less! Nice work on the chopper by the way
  15. Hi. I've got some work done on my Dophine. I've cut open the sliding door on right side Done the pilots seats and nearly compleated the other seats. Just need soms safty harnes / belts for them. I used aliminum foil from a wine bottle to make the cover on the seat behind the pilot seat on the right side. I scrachbuilt the overhead console. I also cut a piece from the fuselage where the emergency floats are located. Now I'm waiting for the Eduvard PE set to arrive. I'll probably get it in around the weekend. Also the landing gear is exstended as in flight. I´ll probaly t
