  1. I am changing a standing figure to a sitting figure and have cut various parts of the waist and legs to form them the way I want. In between the plastic sections, I have put Scupley modelling clay. see link to see the product ![s302_1216_spring_lilac_1|564x500](upload://5tLMxag1Vk9lirtJRyVESIseDRH.webp) I use the Sculpey product because it is very easy to use and doesn't harden so I can work with it for hours or come back days later before I am satisfied. 2. I am trying Mr. Color Metal paints and think they work great. However I was wondering how you can get darker shades. I sprayed on the Stainless Mr Color Metal paint on the full fusalage of the aircraft as that one seemed to be the brightest color in the range. I wanted to darken some panels, but the other colors aren't dark enough to see a real difference. I tried to mix in some Mr. Color Metal Iron with the Stainless, but again it seems almost non-existant in the color difference. I know the different shades should be subtile, but I feel it is hard to tell.
  3. Thanks Hovering...the kit did come with the antenna mounts but I added the wire. Used the smallest dia. in my inventory for the scale I was in. The tailrotor hole in the kit was on the side as shown.. I didn't think too much about this as I normally build armor. But having built a SH60, it is on the other side now that you mentioned it. I guess it's a British thing...as you know, they drive on the wrong side of the road.....lol
