I think I found some definitive proof for y'all on the door damage. I was watching a video of the Blues in HD on YouTube and they had one camera shot looking through the main gear. It was right after takeoff and you could see the doors wiggling around. I would imagine that during their higher speed dirty passes, as stated earlier, they would really be shaking. Also, note that both doors are damaged some in the video.

After much digging I found some photos I had taken at the airshow at Ft. Worth Alliance a couple of years ago. Actually, these were taken the day before when everyone was practicing. I have a bunch more, but thought you might like these.

I've been following this thread for some time now and just re-registered to say how great a job you are doing. I've always been a jets guy, but do the occasional helicopter. I have to admit, you go through a lot more pains than most I've known, and it shows in the end product. It makes me want to break out a kit and start building, something I haven't done in quite some time now. Maybe, a little too long.
