A must have for me.

Great project ELs. Now it's time for you to start on a hot little pin up version!
-
Cheers guys. It was your fine rendition that prompted me to submit my example, ELs. The Bengalese, like the Sikhs and Gurkhas, are a warrior based culture, so I have no doubt that they provided fierce protection for your mother, Holmes.

Many thanks for the kind words Holmes. I wanted to show the drama, terror and excitement of a cavalry charge, and have the emotion mirrored in the expressions of both the rider and the horse. Glad that you like it, and my desired result was properly conveyed!

This is a wonderful project that you are working on. You'll have one hell of a nice model when completed. -
I modeled this kit awhile back, but heavily modified/animated and depicting a different lancer regiment:

An ex girlfriend used to knit, and I know that the better yarns aren't cheap and you need a LOT of it to make anything worth the effort. I guess you have a fair trade there. I'll snap some photos of my display room and post them.
-
Poor you, my sympathies go out to you. Not being married, I have a deal with myself where I can purchase any number of large kits that I damned well please per year. I can also display them in my OWN dedicated war room too.

Add me to the list as well. In fact, I wish someone would reissue the whole generic detail set line that Waldron used to offer (Roll Models are you listening?)
