  12. Gents: Here's a sheet in part containing several 20th SOS Helicopters from Vietnam until their last mission over Iraq. Included are: The UH-1F flown by Capt Flemming on his CMH mission. A UH-1F gunship. CH-3E Black Mariah UH-1N in SEA camo from Vietnam in 1970 UH-1N in the Leopard Scheme during the J-Catch Program of 1980. MH-53M with un-official commemorative markings flown during the last mission on the 20th SOS in Iraq. Alternate markings for a MH-53J of the 551st SOS, Several of you gentlemen have asked if I'd print 48th scale decals of the subjects I've done in 72nd scale. If
  13. Gents: As promised here's the artwork for the instructions for sheet 72-016: Mark
  14. Gents: Thanks for the kind words. I'm certainly open to more Vietnam era Phantoms. The Leopard scheme is from the J-CATCH program which may be similar to the JAWS helicopters. I'll check. For those of you who would like to see a 48th scale helicopter sheet I have the artwork nearly done. The problem is 48th scale doesn't sell all that well for me. When I have the artwork done for 72-016 I'll post a thread in the Helicopter sub-forum and if I get enough replies I will do the sheet. We're talking 50 Gents saying they want the sheet before I seriously consider doing one. Mark

  18. Andy: The pylon configuration is covered in the instructions. My reference photos included both white and black noses for that jet so I chose black. Either would be acceptable. Regards, Mark

  20. Gents: The sheets are in! Here's the link to the website: http://www.millcreekconsultants.com/WolfPak_home.html Mark
  21. Gents: It was a MC-130E used as a systems upgrade trails aircraft. I believe for the SOFI or Mod 90 upgrade while it was stationed at Hurlbert Field. "The Guts to Try" is the motto of the 8th SOS and refers to the abortive hostage rescue attempt in 1980. Would anyone like decals of this aircraft? Mark Wolfpak Decals
  22. Prowler: I have P-3C's on two sheets: Wolfpak 72-006 and 72-008. Here's the link: http://www.millcreekconsultants.com/WP72-1.html Mark
  23. It might be that the photo was taken under monochromatic light. That typically evens out the reflective and refractive properties of bare metal. Reminds me of the look of unpainted auto bodies under simlar lighting conditions. Wonder if that ramp was lit with early mercury vapor lights that didn't have the extra metal ions for color correction thereby being monochromatic? Mark
  24. Gents: Would it be safe to assume the 72nd twin seat is a "D" model? That Oshkosh would be great! I can see using that along with the 5 ton truck released last year to scratch build: Patriot, and Thaad batteries. Mark
