  1. Is there anywhere picture after picture with steps? Just to see pre and after effect?
  2. Nice to hear you are getting it. Any of the European guys? Still not me
  3. Oh, 200$. Can it do jump to the hyperspace
  4. I've got Iwata HP-CS, I'll check video, shame it isn't in better quality :( Thanks, I guess it's just up to practice and paint a lil bit overthinned.
  5. Completely normal stuff, and I don't have anything to worry about? I was just checking if I'm doing anything wrong
  6. Humbrol Matt enamel. Even if I try to do it very fast, it still is there. Not running or sliding away(except when running air on it with ab), but at angle of light, it can be seen it's wet.
  7. My paint is getting out of the airbrush too wet. Is it too thin? Or that is kind of OK?
  8. This is just perfect. And that seat, I'm gonna steal your idea for mine Re8 in airfix gb. Thanks
  9. Project is progressing veeeeeery slowly.Wooden parts have oil paints on it. Probably dried till now, since I am afraid of touching them for few days  And last few days I've been drilling a hole in the wing, few a day. So on weekend I hope I will put up fuselage together. As for decals, yeah sure, where are you from?
  10. Thank you for those nice words for encouraging me. And that moment while you are waiting and unpacking package has its charm also We shall see what happens.
  11. I completely believe you ,but I just have some hesitations about both buying online, getting packages, and as a last stance, our customs and post. I agree it's not LM's problem, but it would be easier for me to buy from some European shop, then the arriving should be quicker. About the custom and post ****, hmm, that's a problem. And I don't have tracking number, since I don't want to pay more for little things. Anyway, Minicraft sent me package 3 months ago, and I still haven't received it, and probably never will. :) Anyway 2, I guess you're right, and I am a bit too impatient, let's see
  12. That's good to know :), I am still waiting for 2 cements, from 2/2/2011. I hope they will arive soon, otherwise, I am not sure I am going to order stuff from LM anymore :) :P Everything else I ordered came for 6 or 7 bussines days. I am from Serbia.
  13. One of these would be enough for me
  14. Oh, I came to last page and started kit yesterday Scratchbuilt cockpit and put some putty in wings since pin marks are at so stupid place :D . I'll have to try to simulate rib with tamiya masking tape, we'll see how does it work. Things left for me to do are pilot's joystick, rudder bar, pilot's seat(any idea???), throttle, radiator and mixture handles. And lewis magazines, but this one will have none spares cause I can't think of a way to make them. Fit wing-fuse is AWFUL, but I hope I will sort it. If some of those things are unclear what they are, feel free to ask, there's a cockp
  15. I'm not sure if I understood, is it going to have any canvas on it? How are you going to do lozenge, and what colors, I know lozenge is one of the wwi mystery because nobody's sure how it looked. I'm following this one with great atention, although I don't believe I would ever be able to do something similar And if you ask me, if you have time, and will, give it a full diorama and it will be a MASTERPIECE!
  16. If you correct shading on the aircraft in paintshopped photo it would look like a real thing. Nice one, from what I heard of amodel kits, this one is amazing
  17. You can send airfix an email regarding decals. Maybe they can send them for low price or free? They are doing that with parts.
  18. Thanks. I bet my girlfriend would choose that one too if I gave her 20 models to choose from, because it has heart on it :D
  19. Oh man, totally fantastic FANTASTIC build. I just love WWI biplanes and this one is just amazing. I don't have many words that I can describe this masterpiece except question about wood graining, what have you used? And which white?
  20. Sorry for that? I read few days before posting that there is a standard? And never heard about royals. Thanks for pointing that out Just found royal ones on their site. What a kits, what number of parts. Amazing
  21. Wow! Thanks for this, I'll try to follow it very carefully
  22. You aren't a real modeler and didn't find all about charm of modelling until you ate your paint?
  23. OK another question, but this goes for all airliners? At what color and how are you painting engine fans and engine interiors? In 154 kit it says aluminium but I think that's too bright for the area? If you could post a picture of how are you doing it?
