Otto, For the rearpart, would it be best to make a hole new part of balsa or can I modify the kit part to fit??

Soooo if I want to do a F4U-5N in 1/32 I'll have to make all them parts me self? I have a hard time finding good scale drawings, I don't surpose you have any :) Cheers, Mikkel

Hey Chriss, I'm talking in 1/32.... :D There's a conversion for a F4U-7, but it's a little expencive (80euros) Cheers, Mikkel

Topic titel changed ;) I like the look of the F4U-5N corsair, soooo I've been thinking on converting the Trumpeter F4U-4 to a 5N But the canopy looks a little diffrent... would, is there to much differnce or is the Trumpy canopy all wrong? And there is the engine (is there another Trumpeter kit that can be use a source for the engine?), nose plug, underwing pylons, radar, the hump behind the cockpit, is there any more things that's need chaning??<br All the best Mikkel

It's old..very old, the Tamiya kits is very good, but a bit expensive, the academy one is also great :)

Hey Hey!!! I'm looking for some scale drawings or measurements of the huge 1700L droptanks :) I try to make one from scratch in the big scale, so far I've used a Heller tank, but it looks WAY to big on the birdy :( Thanks, Mikkel
