Oops, link appears not to have worked, just search for immense miniatures.com, they have resin figures with separate heads etc. They would be easily modified for pilot figures... There are a few places that do figures but these seem to be more realistic than most...

Try this place, did a quick google search & seem like the best out there & 1/32, separate heads available too...
