Finished up my Helldiver & Yamato forced perspective diorama. I used an Airfix 1/72 SB2C Helldiver, a F-Toys 1/2400 Yamato and a Trumpeter 1/700 SB2C. The water was made with extra thick gloss medium mixed with Model Master acyril dark sea blue paint. This was a multiple first for me; the diorama and the water. It's not perfect but it's good enough for the effect I was trying to accomplish. Overall, a good learning experience and a fun project.....

I'm thinking I would like to build a Canberra. I know the Testors kit is older but was wondering if anyone here built one and if it is an OK kit? There is also the Airfix option....

Wow, nice job. Looks clean and neat and the paint job is awesome! re: GBU's & JDAM's...I checked my "Modern Air-Launched Weapons" book and it looks like the GBU-31/32/38 on the port side is correct. The GBU (10?) on the starboard side has a yellow stipe in my book. But that's in the book. If you've seen them without stipes then leave it as is. Hey, looks good to me either way!
