Thanks for the replys guys! I'm building an Airfix Helldiver and the kit came with provisions for either two external bombs or two drop tanks. It is an older kit so I'm just going by the information that Airfix has provided. The Pacific War Online Encyclodepia does have a link with info for the Helldiver and does list the drop tanks. I'm currently working on a 1/72 Helldiver that I will be displaying in a dive. The kit comes with two drop tanks. My question is this; would the Helldiver drop its exernal drop tanks before making its dive or can it keep them in a dive? thanks
