  1. I'm starting my build of the F-15EX Eagle II, by modding a 1:48 Academy F-15E (Seymour Johnson) bird. I am VERY interested in these decals for ship 001

  6. Awesome!! And i just turned in a pencil drawing of the F-86. Great work on this.
  7. Thank you. The paper I was using was more of sketch quality, so I need to do this on finer medium which I just got in the mail yesterday. That way I can get more realistic details in the pencil work.
  8. Pencil work of an F-86 Sabre I did back in 2005, just found it and scanned it in before I lost it.

  10. Thanks! I never thought about that.
  11. Built this for a friend several years ago, finally found my pics. Yeah, I grunged it up pretty good. Wanted that really worn look.
  12. A few years ago, I was commissioned to do this piece for a fighter pilot based at Klamath Falls, OR. It was converted to a decal that is flying on one of their aircraft. I have painted squadron nose art on 5 KC-135R's based at Fairchild AFB (one of which is still flying with my art called "City of Spokane - formerly on 0337, now transferred to 0092). See: City of Spokane and Nose art by Dale Jackson The "Lest We Forget" art is on aircraft 047 of the 173rd FW, Klamath Falls.
  13. Thanks so much for the encouragements. The F-16 is one of my favorite aircraft. This particular piece I did quite a number of years ago. I'm working on a B-17G at the moment. I'll look around here and see, I really like what I see so far. ~Dale
  14. Breathtaking! Very beautiful work. The realism and attention to detail is what I truly love about your pieces.
  15. I had created this, actually a few years ago and posted over at Military Meshes. I do draw in pencil, pen and paint in acrylics. However, I am predominately digital now as that is what I do for a living. This actually stirred quite a bit in the aviation art world. I was initially selling this on my cafe press sight when I was contacted by Lockheed Martin to cease-and-desist. My name at MM is "all-fire-up" an old username of mine before I changed to StratoArt. You can see that huge discussion here: called Artist's Rights Here is the offending art. What it boils down to is this. This is t

  17. hehe, I'm a tad partial to a bit of Guinness and or a good red wine myself, since I visited Mildenhall, England in the service. (not to much of course) ;)
