Just saw this today. She is indeed beautiful. Did the model come with a wingfold and flap down option, or was that scratch built? Weathering turned out nice! What did you use to streak the flaps? Been trying to get that look without luck. Nice job Neo!!!

Up until recently, I never realized how often Hornets fly with an asymmetrical loadout! Weird seeing one drop on the centerline and one on a wing station!

would a land based landing configuration work? Have it at a nose up attitude during rollout, but just reposition the horizontal stabs...

I wonder how many Intruder builders knocked off the IFR probe during construction? I did as well She's looking great with the flaps slats and flaperons deployed! Might have to buy me a HB Intruder now! Scott sharing that information really takes me back also as a Structural Mechanic and a Plane Captain! So much @#!! I've forgotten over the years. Marcel, I am sooo sorry about Chico. Man you were on the final stretch...I guess the best thing to do is put it in a safe spot for now. Not I, but I'm SURE one of the guys here, will be able to walk you through a fix. I would LOVE to see Chico some day in the display case!!! Don't worry, things will work out, just give it time. I sent Revell a request on the drop tanks, but obviously I couldn't give them the part number, so hopefully they'll send me the ones from the D model. They sent me a reply saying the request is being processed, so I guess I'll just sit and wait. I'm in the very early stages of the build, so, no rush.

Geez, didn't even think of that Thing is, the kit never came with drop tanks, so I'm hoping that won't be a problem. If so, I'll PM ya! Thank you, Jason
