  1. Roger, thanks for the info guys! :D
  2. Hi, I saw some paper in a local hobby show last week that said it was for printing your own decals with your printer. Does this work very well? If so, are their different brands, and where do you buy them online? Thx Snacko
  3. Ok, thanks. Can't wait to try my and at airbrushing.. But the airbrush came with the wrong hose. And so did the compressor. But TCP Global is sending me new stuff for free. So, I am happy with them.. Just have to wait till next week.
  4. Well, I can't figure out how to use Squadron.com. I downloaded the flyer, but those tiny pictures are not as good, or as flexible as browsing a website. So far I'd have to say that Squadron.com sucks.
  5. Thanks Bob, that is a great help! But I am still wondering how to view the products at Squadron.com??? Do they just use that .pdf Flyer, and that's it? Or is there a way to browse by product type, category on their site? Like Airplanes; Armor; Cars; Paint; ect...
  6. Thanks for the info RiceBall! I'm having a problem with Squadron.com though. I must be stupid, but I don't see anyway to just 'browse' through all their products. All I see is that I can search, list some New or Presell stuff. But not browse by category.
  7. Yes, I did look inside the cap and that is where the filter goes I guess. I just stuffed it up inside the whole and hope that it won't fall out. There is nothing holding it in there except friction, but I suppose that when I start using it and it gets moist air blown on it it will stay in there. The design of your Iwata filter makes more sense...
  8. This is the pot that I purchased. It is just a glass jar, with the top where you put your airbrush. And a white cap (that is not shown in this pic) to cover the top. That's it. There is no other pot inside the glass jar. Is that wrong?? I don't see why you would want another jar inside this jar... Maybe I don't understand. Also, the filters don't fit well I don't think, but I guess I'll have to just test it when my airbrush comes in the mail. Would a cotton ball work ok as a filter?
  9. Well, my Compressor and Cleaning Pot came in the mail today. (The Airbrush should come in a few days) But the Cleaning Pot did not have any instructions. It just had the pot and some little round filters. 1) Where do those filters go? I am guessing on the inside of the cap, where the vent is?? But not sure. They don't really fit in there very good, as they are a tiny bit too big... It seems like a ball of cotton might work better? 2) Do I just spray into an empty pot? Or should I put something in there? I know these are very basic questions, but I couldn't find any info on them on
  10. Well, what is it called today? I went to 5 stores today and the only bottles that I could find only had a tiny 'with Future shine' text and the logo on the bottle. It was very tiny and made me think it was a different product... It looked kind of like this, but the text and logo was even smaller.. And a search on Amazon.com shows 3 products, the last one is the only one I saw in the store with the Future Logo, and I think it said it was for Wood. The first one that has the big Future logo on it does not say it is for wood or anything specific really. So, it makes me think the one I fo
  11. Hi, I'm a kind of a Noob, getting started again with Scale Modeling after many years. Is there a list of the Best Online Hobby stores? I have a bunch of stuff that I would like to get, and I can't seem to find one that carries it all. One seems to just carry 2-3 paint brands, while another carries the others, and so on... Thanks, Snacko
